Best SPA with 3 hours sauna and message! They can and will cure all your problems (including body and mental). It’s professional or relaxing massage done by sportsmen therapist!

The best sauna in southern Warsaw.

Unfortunately, I have the impression that the standard is gradually deteriorating and the prices are rising - the saunas don't always smell nice, the mud bath was out of service for half a year, and there used to be relaxing music playing, which was very nice. The swimming pool part is quite cool, although there can be an unexpectedly large crowd, especially on the weekend you can't count on a free jacuzzi in the relaxation swimming zone - here again someone probably values the daily earnings more than the comfort of use and has increased the limits... The facility is managed by the foundation , not the city.... (Show more)

Pretty nice saunas, the staff is experienced, and that's important. On weekends, it's super crowded in the evenings, but that's also a certain atmosphere and determinant. More relaxed during the week and during the day. Two cold water swimming pools. Freezer, three dry and three steam, one aroma, but sometimes there is a problem with the smell, just like in other steam rooms. Aufguss sessions in the small, flag and stove pouring in the banya at specified hours. Sometimes it gets even better when an experienced sauna master and topping is there than when you wave it.... The biggest public water park and sauna zone in Warsaw as it is owned and maanged by Osir. Different types of saunas and rooms available: 1 dry/finnish sauna 1 infrared sauna 1 steam bath (not working since Jan. 6, 2023) with low heat 1 bigger steam bath in a lower floor with stair case (also shutdown since several months) 1 more bigger steam bath which is more hot but gets very crowded during rush hours 2 cold water tubs (1 outside for the Bania Ruska/Russian Banya) 1 outside relaxation area with lounges for lying down with ceiling covered with glass and trees around so it's warm all year round 1 room with hot ceramic chairs/lounge Different types of showers around the place Overall fun place to visit, but the place is not very well organized or managed, why are the 2 steam rooms closed? Staff members said one needs to be painted and the other one is off to save electricity. What about the freezer room which is literally a room of (-10) degrees celsius for those who want to really "cool off" after sitting in the hot sauna-doesn't this also consume electricity? Also, there are no jacuzzis in this area, but there are 5 of them outside in the pool area! Doesn't make sense as jacuzzi should be part of the sauna and spa area for relaxing. Overall, it looks ok but needs to be better managed, some rooms need to be shut off as they seem useless while others like the steam rooms should be turned back on. Place looks like it hasn't been rennovated since the 1990s.... (Show more)
