I received a phone call 2 hours prior to my appointment, telling me that I was going to have to reschedule my appointment, as the Dentist had some personal matters to attend to. I am in a lot of pain & they cancel on me - not good enough & I won't be re-booking with the Practice.

Dr Soheila is the best specialist prosthodontist I have come across. She is very highly skilled specialist. Dont look any further, this is the place to be. Absolute brilliant team. I have been to this clinic many times since 2015. Dr. Soheila Etemadi is a highly professional dentist whom I luckily found by chance when my temporary crown broke 5 years ago. The crown was done overseas and was made from a poor material; Dr. Soheila did an absolute artwork back then to glue it back together and surprisingly that crown lasted for another 2 years (which I would have expected to fall apart again sometime soon even within hours!). I had not seen a Dentist in almost 2 years ( My previous Dentist had moved away ) I needed to see a dentist urgently. SPDE is close to home. I made my first appointment with Dr Z Torre who is both Professional as well as having Empathy for the reasons that my Teeth were damaged. On my return appointment, the most urgent work was completed. I left the practice smiling! Today I arrived with a smile and after treatment, I left with an even "Better" smile! Worst dental experience I have ever had. So rushed, no consideration for patient, little to no communication as to what was happening - not once during procedure was I asked if I was okay, needed a break, or anything. Dentist said I had cavities but when I asked where, she couldn’t give specifics only ‘on a few teeth’. Not sure if there was some language barrier or what but it was so unprofessional. I’ve worked in the dental field in the past and have been to several different offices and this by far was the worst. I wouldn’t recommend and would steer clear of this place. Dr Ky makes for a pleasant experience at the dentist. He only has your best interests in mind, to make sure you are happy with the service you are getting.

Dr.Mehdi is more than just a normal dentist . Service is exceptional and they really care about you and your health not their pockets. I can’t be happier for the service ( Crown and filling)

I just made a phone call to make a re-visit appointment. Why is the receptionist so aggressive? She said "Friday 3pm is available", I asked for another time and she said "saturday"- and I couldn't really understand what she said afterwards. When I said I wanted to take Friday, she doesn't even give me a confirmation, she just says "you are booked. okay bye bye". what?... (Show more)

Excellent experience! I'll give Dr. Mehdi Habibi 7 stars out of 5 as he was the best dentist I have ever been to. I am one of the people that don't like going to the dentist but had a wonderful experience with my filling which was close to the root. A few highlights about Dr Mehdi: - He has a wonderful personality, very kind and passionate about his profession. - He is not only very knowledgeable but also up-to-date with the new methods. - His work on my super sensitive tooth was 100% pain free. - He uses rubber in your mouth so you do not get anything from the work in your mouth. - The nice relaxing music at the background made it more pleasant. - His work is very high quality and very precise, I can tell it by the way I feel my tooth. Just finished a reasonable long process to fix my teeth which had been giving me grief for a long time. Loved the atmosphere of the clinic, I was always welcomed with a great simile! I was treat by Dr. Soheila Etemadi and I am very happy with the results; my teeth are a little challenging but she managed to give me a much confident smile. Very friendly staff, their treatment plans are very efficient and cost effective. Dr. Mehdi is one of the best dentist in Perth. The best dental clinic in Perth. Highly recommended.

We had the worst experience yesterday trying to get replacement mouth guard under our health cover. We were told by the lab and health provider that as per our policy we could have a new guard made quickly from the 3 month old moulds if DE instructed them in a call or email. However DE insisted on us being seen again before issuing any instruction to the lab meaning more cost and more time away from work and schooll. 4 phone calls on this and they wouldn't budge. Unhelpful and money grabbing behaviour dressed up as medical procedure... maybe that's why they smile so much!!!!... (Show more)
