At Somphob-Amput Clinic, every patient has his/her own family doctor, either a general practitioner or a specialist, who follows up the patient continuously. Each patient will receive a thorough examination to diagnose of oral and jaw problems and plan for proper treatment.

There are many very good doctors, but they are expensive, difficult to find appointments, and very difficult to contact clinics. There is also email feedback regarding service. Hope there will be a reply. Otherwise, I'll probably move to another place instead.

The doctor must choose the right person to give good treatment. There was a case because the tooth was very sensitive and was sure it was decayed, but the doctor said the tooth was good and not decayed at all. The doctor didn't do anything except scrape away the tartar. Didn't tell them to take the x-ray as well. It turned out that the teeth were checked again around the x-ray. The results came out to have tooth decay in more than 5 places, some of which had already reached the nerves, so they had to be sent to a specialized doctor. And also blames us for leaving it on for too long, even though we've already told you. Still good, in the end another specialized doctor ruled that there was no need for root canal treatment. The front staff is very bad. It's like we're getting free service. Even though the prices here are quite higher than in general. The queue for booking an appointment is very long. You can wait because you choose it yourself. But the best thing I've encountered is that I made a reservation half a year ago and canceled it 1 day before. The worst thing was that I canceled it 1 hour before the actual time. If even the second time is enough to think that it's a force majeure event, I've encountered it 4 times already with such sudden notification. And enough time to make an appointment to fix it is not less than 1 month. Even though I said that the teeth that were done last time had a lot of problems in use, I don't see the patient's suffering. This review is not going to give the clinic anything to fix because it probably won't fix it. But I want to give information to those who are making decisions. My father took me to see a doctor here when I was a child until I was an adult. The doctor is cute, but the receptionist at the counter is terrible.
