I had the fixed dental braces fitted at the clinic, when I removed the braces, I had a destroyed tooth, due to lack of good cleaning by the clinic, only putty was placed without any treatment, nowadays I have an obsession on the same tooth. After 1 and a half years, without mobile retention on the lower teeth and only fixed ones, the teeth began to move. I had a tooth extracted at this clinic and they left tooth residue, which caused an infection. I've been there twice and said there was a tooth inside. The doctor said there is no mass. When I got there I told him again that there were still pieces of the tooth and he actually removed the pieces of the tooth. I am now treating the infection at another clinic.... (Show more)

A clinic that when I call I explain that I need an emergency as I will be away for 15 days and leave the next day. I am assured that they will provide the service, and when I arrive they do a check up to sell a product and say that there is no space for me to receive the treatment.

I give it 2 stars just because the professionals who helped me were always polite, but honestly I'm very disappointed with this clinic. I made a request for financing which was accepted, I have been paying for 2 years and now, after finishing the treatments, teeth problems are coming back again and I still have to pay out of my pocket for mistakes that were committed by them, not to mention the exorbitant prices they are now charging.
