Unfortunately, the worst clinic I went to treated my mouth. A poor service provided by this clinic... I don't recommend it to anyone, not even an animal... Careful

They demanded my citizenship card, which I didn't have with me, just for an assessment and quote. Since they didn't have one, they refused to answer me. It should be noted that the requirement for a citizen card is not legal. As I mentioned that I was wasting my time, I was approached by a receptionist rudely, to the point of disrespecting me. I made a written complaint and during it, this receptionist, even after telling her to end the conversation and stop disrespecting me, continued with unreasonable comments. Bad experience, I don't recommend it. There are lots of alternatives with better service provided. Inside it feels like we've entered an oven, unbearably hot and very stuffy.... (Show more)

Worse professionals I have ever encountered on the face of Earth, stay away. I'm with pain, stay there one hour to have an x-ray, then to enter a room for God knows what, then get seen by the so called "doctor", so he looks inside of my mouth for less than five minutes , give some lame information to the lady take notes, of needless changes that had to be made, and my pain? Bye, go home with it. Thanks for nothing mercenaries. English: Worst professionals I have ever encountered on the face of the Earth, stay away. Worst possible experience How is it possible in 3 years for a clinic to change administrators four times, They say they have after-work hours, but only those that suit them, and not the client, promise one thing and do another, the only thing they know how to do well is ask for money, they change dentists like changing shirts, Bad service and they only ask for money to fix it, a clinic with a lot of reputation, and it's true... The secretaries are incompetent and do not know how to inform customers about basic procedures. To complement the incompetence, appointments are also not given at the scheduled time. By far the worst service from any dentist I have ever visited.

I loved the experience, 5* service, both at the reception and the entire team (assistants, doctors). Great example of GOOD SERVICE, which is not seen so often in other establishments these days. Thanks!
