The most unprofessional garbage dentist. I scheduled my oral evaluation and to get my teeth cleaned for 5pm. I organized my whole day around this appointment. I get there in a hurry just to find out that there was no appointment in my name. The receptionist asked me if I could wait for one hour, because the doctor was free at 6pm. I agreed and walked around for 30 minutes until I got a phone call from the dentist saying that my 6pm appointment was canceled. This clinic is a shame. I made an appointment for 1pm and when I got there they told me it was a website error as there are no appointments at 1pm

I follow up with Inês, she is always impeccable and friendly! I have always been treated well. I called to schedule an appointment, I was answered by “BIANCA” she was extremely BAD, she wouldn't let me talk to explain the situation (even asking her to let me talk). I really hope that your behavior improves, because customer service is knowing how to talk to people, knowing how to STOP and LISTEN to customer requests so you can respond. Worst dental clinic I've ever seen, please don't fall victim to it, extremely disorganized, terrible after-sales service, until today I can't get my implant due to professional errors.

They don’t care if you are in pain, they did use my ignorance of being new in Portugal and they did lie in my face about can’t prescribe me antibiotics because i cant not buy without a (Utente) so they did leave me in agony with my pain and an infección for another 48hrs (so i will run back to them and pay €1070 fee) luckily do exist more good humans in this city i was recomended Clinica da Portela (no charge for check up) and a €370 fee. Horrible when they play with our pain no ethics at all some business only worry about money.... (Show more)

I believe that until today I have had a difficult case with dentists. But here at this clinic they are making me feel completely at ease, I believe. So I believe that I can only thank the entire team at this clinic for God's grace towards me. Thank you.

I made an appointment on 22/12/2022 for 9/01/2022, I received an SMS yesterday confirming the appointment and today, when I arrive at the clinic, I see that it is closed. Apparently they are redirecting people to Alcântara, but without warning them...

One star is a lot, last Monday at 9 am, my brother went to this clinic for an evaluation consultation, surprisingly there was no one there to do the consultation, then a person appeared who, as he indicated, was an assistant and is not used to making such consultations. It's a shame they make an appointment and there's no one there to answer the call. Be careful because instead of dentists, electricians may be used to treat patients. Very bad, I mean really bad.... Dr. Teresa and Dr. Bruna are very sweet and serve with great kindness!

One star is a lot. Lack of commitment, the appointment arrives and they simply say they can't attend, even though it's an emergency appointment, total lack of respect.

Terrible, disorganized, poorly trained employees, completely inefficient management. They offer no solutions to problems they themselves create. The service is revolting. Without a doubt, the worst clinic I've ever seen. I do not recommend!

I don't recommend it, it's not serious. Avoid this clinic at all costs, there are good clinics in Benfica. Imagine I went there, they made a list and budget and to schedule the first session and consultation I had to pay for all the treatments straight away. So don't waste time here.

Nobody likes dentists, but from the professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Rita Indio to Dr. Inês Peres and Jessica Sousa, you can say with confidence that going to the dentist is more fun. Appointment at 1130...they make you wait until 12 ...you make noise then they do x-ray snr make you wait another 30 min without saying how long it will take...what the need of an appointment then.... really no value for other time ...First and the last time here.....

I highly recommend Dr. Inês Peres and Dr. Jessica Sousa for their friendliness and professionalism. My son and I are followed there and we love it!
