She received her advanced training in endodontic by attending numerous short courses and workshops, which focuses on using latest instrumentation and biomechanical cleaning to remove the toughest bacterial in the root canals.

Dr Lim and her staff at Smile Bay are truly wonderful, caring and professional. We have had our teeth scaled and polished many times since coming to Georgetown and have always been happy with the results. This time we both got mouthguards and everything was perfect. Very professional dentist and staff. This is my third time visiting them and never experience pain after treatment. I had root canal treatment and it was very easy with the comfort from doctor Lim and her staff. Very recommended.

Smile Bay dental has been our “go to” dental clinic for our entire family. The staffs are very responsive to our requests for appointments, the clinic is clean and well kept and Dr Ian is an excellent dentist. My hubby and I had recently had our crowns done by Dr Ian and we were very pleased with the outcome. The clinic is equipped with the latest technology and Dr Ian himself will make sure it’s a painless procedure. Highly recommended to anyone who needs to have his or her teeth fixed!

Excellent care provided during the extraction of 4 teeth of my son. Dr Chin Mei Yun is excellent with kids and my son recovered within hours of teeth extraction. We are from the US and the service provided here was no less than what we get back home.
5 star ++. Smile bay was absolutely incredible. Emails were returned in 24 hours. Dr Ian and his staff were amazing. They rebuilt my entire mouth. Can’t say enough about the quality of their work. The clinic is new and modern. Dr Ian explained each step throughly. And special thanks to Christine Lee who scheduled my appointments and made this happen as I traveled from USA. Pros: neat service in my experience. Cons: every time I was offered the most expensive solution as a first option and had to bargain for alternatives that ended up working as good and for much less. In my last visit I was asked for RM1500 for a root canal and decided to cancel my appointment and go to a different clinic (with good results for less than half the price I must add).... (Show more)

Chipped a tooth so I went to SmileBay at Island Plaza. Got in straight away and was out of there 30-40 minutes later. Now that's what I call service.
Absolutely the best dentist I've been to in my travels around the world. Dr Ian speaks perfect English and takes the time to explain things and options. High tech modern x-ray machine. Reasonable prices.
