Booked an appointment which had to be over a month away which was then cancelled a couple day before, this then happened a 2nd and 3rd time

Huge thanks to the team at SmilePad once again for thier excellent service. Special mention to Mr. Michael Nel, this man is an absolute legend of a dentist I can't thank you enough for your manner and swift service.

I've been with this dental surgery for longer than I can remember and I've always had a good service from the dentists and receptionists. Thanks Michael for sorting my fillings so I can eat nuts and pesky seeds again!

Feel very welcome in this Dentist. The reception staff are so welcoming and dental staff make you feel at ease. They are very slow at explaining step by step what is going to happen and give great advice about how to look after your teeth.

I have been going here for many many years, and they honestly cant help me enough, from emergency's, re booking appointments, the dentists explaining whats going on. They all are a great and friendly bunch, so a massive thank you to them all!

An amazing reception team, cheerful and mindful of patients' needs, and fantastic dental experts, Prasad and his team are truly amazing, thank you all for being a wonderful dental practice!

To all who want a genuine review Please pass on my compliments to the wonderful dentist I had this week and how sad I am to hear he's leaving- he is a credit to the practice:) Last but not least the hygienist who cleaned my teeth:) she commented at the end how good my efforts at looking after my teeth were! Made me feel really pleased with myself which was a great feeling for me :) positively made my day! We all forget to mention exceptional people who are friendly, kind and most importantly human! From someone previously terrified of dentists, I actually look forward to coming here. Neil is amazing as is his assistant and receptionists. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Dr Dreyer is probably the best dentist I came across in my life, very polite and thorough, which I very much appreciate. The receptionists are fantastic helpful ladies with a huge sense of humour and I always enjoy talking with them. I am almost a ‘regular’ here ! But despite that I have always…always..found them extremely pleasant ,efficient and professional. I’ve unfortunately been a patient for several years and had lots of extractions plus crowns and false teeth. I blame my mum! The receptionists are exemplary and unfailingly cheerful. I lost a crown yesterday and the stump was extracted this afternoon! Such great service! Just got to sort my denture now….... (Show more)

I called to ask if they were taking on any new patients and the extremely rude receptionist just said a very harsh no. There was no warmth or anything in her voice. Seriously need better reception staff as they are the face of your Business.

I don't even think this dentist surgery deserves a 1 star I have a huge fear of dentists since I was a child and had a very bad experience so subsequently have not sry foot in a dentists for most of my life until my now wife convinced me to visit this surgery do I did and was doing well until I had a few times where I justcouldn't go go to a appointment so cancelled but was told I'm being kicked out due to there eords we are running a business and can't accommodate you anymore. The reception staff are very rude and insensitive iv never felt so belittled and talked down to before . They have the most horrible manner when they talk to you and I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. They just want your money but don't want to be humain and understanding.... (Show more)

A fab dental practice! One doesn't always want to go to the dentist but the receptionists are so welcoming and obliging, they take the edge of the anticipation - that never realises itself, because the dentists are awesome too! Thank you for caring :)

Excellent dentists.Reception staff are great and always do their best to ‘get you in’ and my dentist does a great job.The end.

I have been a patient of this practice for almost 30 years. The care that I have received has been simply superb. The dental excellence in dealing with everything from extractions to root canal and a couple of abscess’s has been nothing short of a minor miracle!!! I have always been able to make an appointment. Obviously, at times there is a wait. Deirdre & Sam who have fronted reception for many years are incredibly friendly, efficient and great fun. First visit today and I was terrified ..... but everyone was SO kind and calm that I felt reassured. So although I'm heading for some long term dental treatment I feel confident that I'm being well looked after. Thank you EVERYONE ....

I've been registered at this dentist for many years. Since I have been here I have managed to control my fear, maintain and look after my oral health and overcome a huge fear I had of dentists. My dentist Neal is absolutely amazing at calming me down for any procedure and always makes sure I am well looked after. The dental nurses are all very kind and friendly and the 2 lovely ladies on reception are always so helpful 😊 even when overly busy and only one reception staff member on site they still managed to run the practice smoothly and have my emergency looked at. I am not a huge fan of dentists. That being said I am a huge fan of this one they have totally changed my views on dentists now and since being with them I cannot praise them enough to the general public. I know they take NHS patients (even though they have a huge backlog and a wait until November at the moment) which many dentists don't do. But they are absolutely brilliant at there jobs and probably don't get the recognition they deserve. I registered ages ago and they keep insisting that I go for a new patient appointment before going for a check up. Then when I try to book in for one, they say they aren't taking on new patients! Then when I asked to have my details removed from the system, they said they can't do that and that even dead people are still on the system! GDPR?... (Show more)
