Conned me out of money. Treatment was agreed and so was payment in monthly installments. Took days of my time and 1000£s only to be told after all the pre work for my treatment that they wanted all the money first. Very unprofessional and you should be ashamed. Highly recommend the Sussex Implant Centre. I see Dr Brink and she is so kind in her approach - I wouldn't want to use anyone else now. Lovely building too, very clean and the staff are welcoming.

Werner works magic . He replaced my old and broken plate, totally transforming it, so it looks sensational. Werner is a very talented implant specialist, ably assisted by Charlotte who is a star. Thanks both , a first rate job .

I had to have an emergency extraction on Friday 20/10:23. Not only was I seen within an hour of referral, but everyone at Sussex Implant Centre, from Dr Slabbert down, were professionally reassuring and exceptionally kind. As for the skills of the doctor himself - simply amazing! I had been forewarned to expect an unpleasant operation, but in the event all went far more smoothly than expected and this was down not only to the brilliant doctor himself, but to his charming assistant too, who kept me smiling and cheerful whilst we waited for the anaesthetic to set in. A broken tooth on a Friday afternoon. All dental practices already in the weekend, but Dr. Susan Brink and the staff gave me their time and helped me with this emergency treatment in a friendly and calming way. Lucky to have this modern and well equipped practice round the corner.

I would like to share my experience and to say how grateful iam to have found such a wounderful practice they are genuinely caring and all the staff make you feel really welcome iam gradually restoring my faith again as i have had some really bad experiences else where werner is very passionate about his work he understands if you are anxious which i think is paramount so thankyou to Charlotte and mandy for all the team work... I cannot recommend this place highly enough. As someone who had avoided going to see a dentist for far too long I visited them needing extensive work doing. Since my youth I have always been a bit wary/scared of visiting the dentist so finally getting round to it was somewhat of a big deal for me. I was initially embarrassed but was immediately put at ease by the wonderful Dr Susan Brink. She was incredibly reassuring, professional, kind and understanding. She went though what was required after an initial consultation (I required multiple visits) and idiot-proofed the processes for me so I understood each step. I was also happily surprised that the cost wasn't nearly as prohibitive as I had assumed. Today I finished implant work completed by Werner Slabbert and Charlotte. What can I say other than Wow. They have been kind, compassionate and professional throughout. I am so pleased with the results. My treatment was straight forward, simply laid out to me in advance with a plan that clearly stated the cost for each appointment. Super happy with the outcome of my treatment. I had an implant and veneer fitted and am so happy with the result. Super professional staff and very caring, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I totally recommend Sussex Implant Centre. I have some implants done and Werner Slabbert did a fantastic job......he was very honest throughout the process. He has given me back my confidence so for that I am very grateful. The team are very friendly.

I researched dentists when I needed an implant and as I knew it would not be straight forward I decided to use Sussex Implant Centre as they seemed to be the most technically advanced. This has been the correct decision as Dr Slabbert could see exactly what was needed to be done down to millimetres here and there to make the implant a success. All the work I have had done was in 2021 during covid but I always felt safe as special breathing equipment is used during treatment. I can't say that the surgery needed to support the implant is something I would want to go through again but the result is that I now have a front tooth so I can smile again and I can eat an apple without cutting it up for the first time in many years.... I all thought having dental implants would be very painful. 2 implants and a sinus graft later, not a inch of pain or discomfort. Dr Slabbert and Charlotte made the experience comfortable. They were kind and caring. Very professional. The after care was the best

Wow, Dr. Kafantari and the whole team at Sussex Implant Centre were absolutely amazing! My previous dentist advised that I'd need an Endodontist specialist to treat my infected lower ight molar - an advanced Root Canal. I had to do this myself and searched for recommendations and found Sussex Implant Centre. I contacted the practice as a self-referral and was so glad that I did -- the team at Sussex Implant Centre were quick, responsive and very accommodating. Dr. Kafantari was very knowledgeable about root canals and offered advise and answers to any questions I had. She even wrote me a referral so the next steps would be seamless with future dentists. After being on 4 rounds of antibiotics in the past 10 weeks, it feels so good to finally free of this infection. Lovely, friendly clinic. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and they x-reyed my teeth so quckly I didn't even take my coat off!

After some years of missing teeth, I took the decision to smile again! Werner's care has been exemplary from start to finish. After a consultation he clearly discussed the options available and together a detailed program was under taken. Every step, and on every occasion the service has been next level - truly a revelation in dental care. Two implants later and i'm beaming again! I just finished my treatment at Sussex implant centre, I had some teeth whitening and a crown refitted. I'm so happy with the results I feel like I'm finally confident with my teeth now and the crown looks so real you wouldn't even know!
