Dr Anna made me feel very comfortable and helped me a lot throughout the procedure. I get very nervous going to the dentist so this made it much better for me.

I would like to thank all the staff at the practice, especially Laura. I had a very difficult extraction Sunday morning and I can only send my sincerest gratitude to Laura. All the awards Laura has won over the years are well deserved she is truly an excellent dentist.

Great experience! Dr. Aoife was very good, I even asked her if she put anesthetic on my teeth before doing the cleaning bec it didn't hurt at all. Her hands were very steady and gentle. The nurse assisting her was great as well, always ready to help. My only question tho was, I was charged €100 for routine teeth cleaning only. I confirmed it with Dr. Aoife, that's the only procedure done. On the smile hub site, routine scale and polish should only be €50, but I was charged €100. Quick to recommend extreme messures rather than save a tooth like proper dentists would. Be wary and get a second opinion. Your wallet and teeth will thank you.

I wish i could give zero stars... I had an appointment with Dr Laura Fee for a wisdom tooth extraction and she was incredibly rude to me. We had planned beforehand that I would be sedated, however when I sat down in the chair I suddenly found out that that wouldn’t be happening and was not talked through what to expect for the surgery that I would now be awake for, which added to my anxiety. Dr Fee told me that if I wanted to be sedated it would be another €450 (I had already paid a €450 deposit when checking in) and could not be done that day, even though I had taken a week off of work for recovery. I also did not get back the money I had already paid, despite not receiving any procedure. Dr Fee was also incredibly condescending about the whole ordeal and I felt humiliated and embarrassed. I would warn younger people in particular about going to this dentist, I did not feel like they took me seriously. Overall, the lack of debriefing I received about the procedure and the confusing change of plans, coupled with the doctor’s attitude and bad manners, left me very dissatisfied with this dentist’s office and I will be looking elsewhere. I have also read through other reviews and have seen that they are all in agreement about the horrible treatment of patients by Dr Laura Fee, please look beyond the five star reviews as I hear the people writing those reviews are compensated for the good review. I've been going to Smile Hub for the past 2 years and I've had such a good experience every time, from cleanings to fillings to wisdom tooth extractions. All the staff are brilliant and it's so convenient to get an appointment with it staying open til late.

I just can not say enough about this place. Im so nervous of the dentist and haven't been for over 3 years, with broken teeth after pregnancy, needless to say my teeth were in a bad state. I couldn't stick the pain any longer so I rang about 2 o clock on a Sunday and had my appointment at 5.30 same day. From the minute I walked in my nerves were at ease. All staff were super friendly, I ended up needing 2 surgical extractions. Dr laura was super professional, actually the best dentist I was ever with. She had the needles done before I knew it, never once judged the state of my teeth and made me feel relaxed the whole time. I drove a hour and half to get up here and I was not sorry. PLEASE AVOID I can't emphasise enough the terrible experience I had with Dr. Laura Fee during treatment at Smile hub dental. I was left very confused, upset and reluctant to return to complete the root canal treatment. Dr. Fee was very rough and aggressive with my teeth and when questioned about stains left on my teeth she became volatile and angry, telling me I needed to leave and get another dentist. The exchange of words was shocking and something I had never experienced before. Very unprofessional and alarming behaviour. I left the clinic and completed my treatment elsewhere. Professional, clean and helpful dentist clinic. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My dentist was very informative and helpful also. Would definitely recommend!

My mother went to this dentist today as she had an excruciating pain in her top back tooth, and was given an emergency appointment with Dr Laura Fee. She left the appointment crying and with no resolution. “Dr” Laura decided to belittle my mother and tell her that her teeth were “disgusting, like a bin, and that the pain was ‘self inflicted from neglect’”. This is absolutely no way to speak to a patient, and I don’t know if Laura enjoys displaying herself in a disgusting fashion as she did so tonight. My mother’s self confidence is littled, and I, her son, am appalled. Do not even bother replying to this with the same response of “Personal Cases” that you give to the reviews of Laura committing Medical Malpractice, as I’ll be visiting the office myself soon so that I may speak to Laura and her management....
