I've had my last surgery, so I think it's time to rate this clinic. Thanks to some reviews, I decided on this clinic, so I will be happy if my review helps someone. My teeth were in bad shape. I had a panic fear of treatment, so I refused to go to the dentist for several years. But here the fear got over me. All procedures are painless. Local anesthesia is a matter of course. The prices are higher, but all procedures are performed in order - I basically did not have to return with anything. Unfortunately, one tooth could not be saved, so I also had to undergo root canal cleaning (endodontic treatment). Before the procedure, I tried to read about what awaits me and the opinions were different, however, I can say for myself that I did not feel any pain during or after the treatment. I needed to change the date of the treatment several times - Just call and everything can be arranged. There was never the slightest problem with changing the date. I've been coming here for about 4 years and finally a dental clinic where the treatment doesn't hurt. They fixed all the teeth that were needed. My former dentist told me at every check-up that I had no cavities, even though my teeth hurt. In addition, I came here and they immediately found my defects and repaired them. I took my mom here for dental hygiene while she was in Brno on vacation. She received excellent service and amazing dental care and attention.

A wonderful approach to both adults and children. Today, my 5-year-old and I had our milk tooth pulled. The doctor was smiling, kind and pulled out the tooth in literally a few seconds. The daughter left with a smile! For me, the TOP clinic in Brno!

My experience at this dental practice has always been very pleasant and professional. My daughters and I are registered there. However, unfortunately today it was not. My youngest daughter went to have her retainers removed. The male doctor who attended her was unpleasant and reprimanded her for wanting her retainers removed and for not coming to a supposedly prior check. Behaviour not acceptable for a private and quite expensive private practice. After reprimanding her for a good few minutes, he went on to remove only one of the retainers, operation that took a mere 10 minutes. He refused to do the bottom ones and asked her to make a new appointment. Unfortunately the receptionist was also not very helpful. My husband was considering to register at this clinic, I cannot recommend it any longer and will reconsider going there again.... (Show more)

Everything was great from the moment I arrived, the lady at the reception was very pleasant and the doctor and her assistant were even better :) for the first time in my life I had fun at the dentist and left laughing and in a good mood.

Satisfied with the entire clinic, including dental hygiene, although the services are a little more expensive, but the quality of the work corresponds to it. I've never had to wait a long time in the waiting room and feel almost nothing in the chair, and I used to be terrified of dentists. I can recommend. :)... (Show more)

My daughter and I have been going to the doctor for the fourth year and I am very grateful to him for his patience, respect and professional approach. Thanks to him, I overcame my panic fear of the dentist.

My son (6 years old) and I both go to Smil and I can recommend it to all ten! Dr. Stromská is incredibly empathetic, patient and careful. My son was afraid of going to the dentist and since we have been going to Niki, as my son and I call her, he is looking forward to going to the dentist. Really! Do not go here if you are not a registered client, you get no help. I was visiting Brno for a vacation. Unfortunately, got my tooth damaged, so I was trying to get a help here, with no luck. Unpleasant experience. Do not bother. I have very mixed feelings after this.

The worst business practice ever: they are fully booked for new patients, but if you are already a patient there, then there are plenty of slots available to book. It makes zero sense. very unprofessional!

Dr. Vitouchová is just an amateur at her word. I don't understand how they could hire this doctor with no experience. She said she saw small cavities on the X-ray, but when she visited the office, it looked like she was forming the entire tooth. On the x-ray, she was also surprised that I wasn't screaming in pain, but my teeth didn't hurt at all. I then had to go back to the office the next day after the filling because my removable braces didn't fit, and it turned out that she didn't clean the area at all and left a lot of glue on the tooth. For the last month, I've been moaning in pain, perhaps from her messy filling. I changed dentists. Anyway, it was strange that as soon as I started going to smile factory, I suddenly had 10 cavities a year, while my former dentist never saw anything. You also always get a lecture about not brushing your teeth, and I followed all the hygienist's recommendations. Smile factory, or how to get your teeth whitened at the age of 23, and make someone else's cash cow while ruining your orthodontist's work. Edit: It was a completely different story with the new dentist. For example, she was much more interested in the health of my oral cavity, and even provided many practical advices that, for example, Dr. Vitouchová was not able to provide.
