Grade 10!!!!

It's been 10 years since I've started being a patient of this clinic. I've had a lot of procedures done, including 2 long surgeries without pain and swallow the next days. I've got braces when I was 34 to solve my parodontosis related problems. Dr. Sorana Tecuceanu was with me all through my 3 years journey. When my dental crown needed to be replaced, it only took Dr. Andreea Alexandru one our to have the shiny new one in place. My son comes here for his dental hygiene since he was 3 - he had back staining on his baby teeth and they needed to be removed every 3 months. He continues to like coming here for his hygiene and his periodically scheduled orthodontal check-up. I have all the praises for the team of doctors working here. I would not go anywhere else.... For 3 years I thought about whether to leave this review or not, because I am also part of the medical system and I don't like to throw mud, until I got the courage to try again to solve my orthodontic problems , despite the horrible experience at this clinic. 3 years later, during which time I followed all the instructions received, meaning wearing braces and regular hygiene, in another clinic, 4 doctors confirmed to me that the orthodontic treatment carried out by Dr. Sorana Tecuceanu was successful with brio to destroy my teeth, which until 2020 was only crooked, but now I also have a crooked bite, and bone resorption that requires surgery and multiple gum recessions AT ONLY 24 YEARS OLD. For me, no explanation has any value for how bad this lady has done to me. It all started with 2 crooked incisors that I wanted to straighten on a whim, otherwise I had absolutely no problem. I wore metal braces for a year and 3 months, during which month after month the ladies at the reception were acrimonious, led by the doctor, who never tired of telling me how the situation was evolving. I could see from month to month that my gums were receding and that I wasn't biting well, but he said that the receding was my fault, that I didn't know how to brush my teeth properly. The fact that the gum can recede after wearing the appliance was not told to me, I found it out by going to other doctors later, but he did not bother to direct me to at least do a CT scan, so that I would know if the appliance produced any bone and gum problems. She told me that there was no reason to worry, this after I insisted on extracting some words from her. I had two crooked incisors, the dr managed to crook my whole bite too. Sitting like this 3 years after finishing orthodontic treatment and thinking I was left with only an aesthetic problem (weird, right? You get braces to get teeth crookeder than they were originally), the crooked bite only worsened the resorption bone and get to the point where I am now. After tens of thousands of lei spent in a clinic where you are treated with disrespect, where you are asked for money even for breathing, another tens of thousands of lei are needed to do the bone addition surgery and later for to wear another brace, hoping my teeth won't fall out! And don't get tired, I've seen that you have the kind of responses to negative reviews where you want it to seem like the whole patient is to blame. You will ask me why I haven't had a follow-up: how do I get a follow-up with a doctor who distorts my bite, who sees my gum receding, but takes no precautions, does not refer me to do more investigations ... a doctor from whom you hardly say anything about your money and your health... how much trust can I have in this doctor and in this clinic? After I took off my device, I ran as far as I could see and swore that I would never step foot in this clinic again. I'm just glad that I found some doctors who finally clarified my problems. I wouldn't recommend my enemies to come here either. I will never forget this lady and how much harm she could do to me! There are certainly satisfied patients, but for me it's the most negative experience I've had so far and I still need time to process everything that's happening, I repeat, at only 24 years old!... I would suggest staying away from this clinic and I’ve been to orthodontists all over the world. They are overly complicated, irresponsible, illogical, and an incompetent clinic. I work and travel globally and have Invisalign. I need my teeth attachments removed so I can put in my final Invisalign tray. They refused to remove my attachments because I didn’t start as a patient with them. I have a file with dental scans and clearly have Invisalign and the final tray. While the clinic acts like they are “interfering” with a treatment, their blind ignorance to client/patient needs is actually hurting the patient - and in my case, preventing me from using my final tray. We are talking cosmetic dentistry, not brain surgery. Lesson to all, don’t do business or seek medical assistance with anyone that lacks logic and overly complicates situations or scenarios.... An excellent inlay, ready in less than an hour altogether. The same color as my teeth, excellent communication with the doctor. I won't say more about the ladies at the reception, they are sooo nice. I recommend 100%

UPDATE 2: I understand, your policy is deny, deny, deny.😆 That sophisticated air filtration system is equal to 0 when the nurse coughed and touched her face, she touched her mask with those gloves that later ended up in my mouth holding various tools. Obviously, I will never set foot there again and I will not recommend it to my friends either! UPDATE: I see that you have an answer and you have the nerve to say that it is not true. Incredible! First of all, that is precisely why I gave you the exact day and date of the appointment: October 11 at 11 a.m., the appointment was at Mrs. Puscau's. A week before I had also come to you for descaling. Ms. Puscau's assistant who assisted on October 11 at 11 am was coughing in the last hall. She was a girl with blond hair as far as I could see, thin. I was in the office upstairs, which I assume was usually intended for children because there were fish drawn on the walls. If it was an invention, I wouldn't give all the details! Logical! All the other visits this year, including the filling that was too high, were made to Mrs. Roberta Muller, who no longer works in your office and to whom her husband also came for descaling in the summer. Good luck with this attitude towards customers! Naturally, you will not care about them and only about the image, and now you are lying callously since you let sick nurses who are coughing to attend the procedures. And I have taught myself that next time, if something like this happens again at another office or anything else that seems wrong to me, to get up from the chair and leave. I had an appointment last week on Tuesday at 11 o'clock for a filling. The nurse who had come to assist the doctor was coughing in the last hall, as if she left a lung in there. I don't understand what she is looking for at work under these conditions, one thing was to be a receptionist, another is to stand in front of you even with a mask on her face and cough in that hall. I don't know who accepted her to work under such conditions. Since yesterday I started having all the symptoms of a cold and today I already don't feel well at all, so I must have taken something from there. I have chronic diseases and I work from home, I avoid going out as much as I can and I have not gone out anywhere else in public. In crowds, I even wear a mask. I do not recommend this office due to the lack of professionalism. I had another incident where I closed my eyes and didn't want to comment, but now everything has really closed my eyes. I had a filling placed in April that was too high, the doctor I went to at that time took some more of it at the next visit and I was charged an extra 100 lei then. I only saw it at home and didn't comment anymore....the problem is that I still had pain at this table. I returned for descaling this time to another doctor because the lady who put the filling on me no longer works at the office. The new doctor was f ok and took it from me in 2 more visits and he didn't even charge extra, he was patient, I have nothing to complain about. It seems normal to me not to be charged extra because it is not my fault that it is too high. Unfortunately, because of the horrible experience with the nurse who was coughing in the last hall over there and because of which I got sick, I will never set foot in their place again in my life.... Professional and kind staff, offering quality services. I put my invisalign braces here, regular check-ups, cleanings, tooth masses removed, etc. I highly recommend!

LE: After 4 appointments, the qualification of 5 stars remains ;) I came to the clinic on the recommendation of a work colleague. I was quite panicked about the dentist like many other patients when they think about coming to the dentist. From the moment you enter the clinic, you can see the cleanliness, tranquility and professionalism. It's a very friendly atmosphere and the doctors are super super okay, I felt like I was visiting a friend. For the first consultation I had with them and for the treatment immediately after the consultation, I cannot give less than 5 stars because everything went very calmly and professionally, without pain, everything was done with care for the patient. The whole process is perfectly organized, they take care of you from the moment you enter the clinic until you leave, and the services are excellent. Wow! Gréât service, cutting edge technology. Very clean environment. Had my teeth cleaned with some sort of hydro jet, results were amazing and no discomfort. Highly recommended

I have been going to this office for over 4 years, visits every 6 months for sanitation, implants, root canal fillings and almost any need you may have related to teeth. I was always treated with professionalism, respect, kindness and gentleness. The technologies used are wonderful and help doctors to do everything with high precision. I have been a patient of dental offices since childhood, but going here got rid of fear and pain. Prevention is part of the process, I have great respect for all the staff, from doctors to nurses and the staff who take care of the space and the smooth running of things. For someone super panicked about the dentist (for no real reason necessarily) it's the perfect environment to go to. I found a lot of understanding and patience, so I go more and more quietly when needed and for maintenance. In addition, the safety measures that I found in the office are impeccable, regardless of the pandemic or not and they are maintained without exception, which is extremely important when you have this kind of intervention....
