Well done cleaning and healed teeth

I have never met such an arrogant doctor in my life. Zero empathy. It has to be as the doctor says, because he has 18 years of experience and I am a nobody. My experience and body care don't count. It has to be as the doctor says. I came in with a tiny cavity in my tooth, and the doctor wanted to take a panoramic photo first thing in the morning. He didn't even ask me to sit in the chair. When I asked why, I was literally scolded. When I told him that I had it done a few months ago, he didn't want to listen to my arguments. I have the photo in my email, but it didn't matter. I go to the dentist's office 2-3 times a year and I care very much about the condition of my teeth. I don't understand how, in times of so much competition, you can treat a patient this way. As a result, he asked me to leave the office, and I came to this office especially from abroad, encouraged by positive opinions on poznalekarz.pl. Moreover, finding a parking space near the office is almost impossible. So I left the office disgusted, shocked and left with a huge problem. I had to quickly find another doctor, which was not easy at the last minute. Luckily, it worked. I met a wonderful, empathetic doctor who sorted out the whole thing in 15 minutes. Today I finished orthodontic treatment with Dr. Marta. I can confidently recommend this clinic and Dr. Marta if you are interested in orthodontic treatment. My history with orthodontic braces is not the easiest, because I had the braces installed while I was still living in Belarus, but after moving I had to look for a new doctor and during the first consultation, Mrs. Marta agreed to complete my treatment. All employees speak good English, so communication in Polish and English was always convenient. In total, the braces were worn for 2 years, and now the teeth look perfect! Today, about a month after the first visit, I can share my observations about the quality of Perfect Smile Clinic services. The treatment itself went very smoothly and professionally. The doctor cared about my comfort ("are you sure nothing hurts?") and well-being. The fillings stick well and although over time it turned out that I need smoothing here and there, I know that it will definitely be done during my next visit. Extremely professional approach and, above all, commitment to make the patient feel good and leave satisfied.
