Administratively, the service using BPJS is quite smooth and fast, the directions are clear. Unfriendly employees are normal when we meet, but the doctor is not communicative. BPJS services are like rubbish, they are not friendly, they seem arrogant, it's an open secret, it's not that they can't afford the public, but there are already BPJS and LUNAS, but why are they still differentiated as if they can't be afforded by the public... I'm surprised

Sis, I'm getting treatment using BPJS and I've got cataracts that are so ripe/thick that I can't see in one of my eyes. Treatment is from November 2023 to January 2024, then the surgery is scheduled for May, right? Are you kidding me boss??? Even if you want to have an operation, it's difficult, even you are offered to pay 12 million independently, your doctor is amazing 😅 I wish you a blessed life... (Show more)

It's really regretful that I checked so far and didn't get any action. In fact, children who are not yet 2 years old have to be able to read so they can be examined, even though I asked another eye doctor, the treatment should be as early as possible, it's really not of good quality. The location is quite strategic and the parking area is quite large. The best place and has equipment that is quite sophisticated. The clinic is good, the doctors and nurses provide good service, unfortunately some of the registration officers are not friendly to patients because they don't bring a file that can actually be seen on simrs or vclaim. The way to inform the patient is not friendly. It's a shame because registration is the first step for people to see the service. Maybe the officers are tired but that's the risk of the job.
