First experience here, read Google reviews, it said the queues were terrible. So I decided to register online via the JKN mobile application. (I am a BPJS participant). At 07.00 I arrived, the security guard was given the reservation queue number...in less than 5 minutes my name was called, it was immediately processed...directed for this test and that, everything was fast. The service was okay, at 8.45 I arrived back home. My advice, for BPJS referral participants, it's best to register on the street first, then be there at 7 in the morning. In my opinion, the only service here is good even though many patients use BPJS, including my mother. The place is clean, cool, comfortable. In my opinion, the attitude is really what I appreciate the most from all the staff there.

If possible, make a toilet/WC in the operating lobby, poor old patient who has had cataract surgery, goes in and out to pee, where the door has an automatic lock. If it can make it easier, why make it difficult? If you want...
