Practice for people with anxiety? Not even more uncomfortable than ever before.. rip you off.. make scans and then they try to take the money out of your pocket, madam, you have 2 dead teeth and you need crowns of 1500 euros.. didn't believe it because I just feeling.. switched dentists.. they do not want to exchange the data with the new dentist even though I had already completed an authorization form and emailed it to them last year.. new dentist gets a big mouth on the phone when they call for my data and everything is up to me!! And it turns out that at the new dentist I just feel like I'm not dead and I don't need crowns! People please find a real dentist but not these bastards!... (Show more)

Worthless, this practice is full of junkies who know nothing. Take more photos than treatments.

Too commercially minded. The advice they give about your teeth is based on making money and not on the well-being of your teeth. Even billboards along the road to attract people.

I come specifically from Germany and am always very satisfied. Here you are looked after individually, I can sometimes have to wait a long time and they also speak German. Thumbs 👍 …

I have been receiving treatment from Mr. Edelmann since April. Needed 2 implants. Everything has gone great so far. I will definitely recommend the practice to my friends. In January I will receive a 3rd implant. My husband is now also a patient. The entire team is super friendly. So you feel extremely well looked after there. I am glad to have found this practice. The worst dentist ever, are you sure you have a license?!

Had a canal treatment today, it went great, no pain. I have had this done a few times at SmartDent. I have been using this dentist for a few years, very satisfied, very customer friendly staff.

Review is deleted with the message that smartdent says that I have never been a patient. Here again my Review from last year: Very bad ! Despite my doubts about the care provided by smartdent, I went back to my old dentist after 9 years. This person was able to show me a photo of a molar that was then listed as requiring attention in the system. Smartdent never did anything about this and it has become extremely worse. According to the dentist where I am currently being treated, the construction (many fillings) of my teeth is also of very amateur quality. I have also noticed in recent years that attempts are being made to take photos at every appointment, which in my opinion drives up the price. Glad I'm gone!... (Show more)

A good and comfortable place to treat gum and dental problems. It is close to the Roermond train station as well as the city center. You do not need transportation to reach it because it is close to the city center and the train station. Its prices are reasonable and its services are excellent.

Edited to upgrade from one to four stars. I was really frustrated with their contact procedures, but once I was finally able to schedule an appointment by phone, I have been really pleased with the actual dental care I have received. Original review: Their contact form requires all your personal information and medical history, which I completed sometime last year. No one contacted me. I got an auto-email sometime later, so I assumed I was registered at the practice. I just went to make an appointment online (which redirects you again to the detailed contact form), and had to register and create an ID to use their online appointment setting system. Once I had logged in and chosen a dentist, I got the message that "there are no appointment types available". There are "no appointment types available" for anyone at the practice. I find it incredibly annoying that this place keeps dragging me through long complex online forms and processes, and yet never once have I been able to actually get any care from them.... I ended up here years ago and it all seemed very professional, apart from the fact that there are probably a few good dentists around, there are also real bunglers, every tooth that I have worked on I have major problems with now, fillings poorly placed and root canal treatments that are not were done well, I now even have to have surgery on my jaw, I even had to go back there 4 times with 1 molar because they had not killed the root properly, had a crown fitted that simply broke off after 2 months. They even wanted to do it themselves doing a root tip removal while this has to be carried out by the dental surgeon. When I called them about the broken crown, I was blamed myself. Nice to read that people have come to the right place, but I have completely different experiences with it.... (Show more)

I received new crowns and am very satisfied. Color and shape are great!
