I have been a customer for years. Enjoy my body massage there.
Used to be friendly and professional facial place. After change management as other users mentioned here, they pursued the customers to sign up new package else close the file. I asked them closed the dam file and went to other spa center available in midvalley.
Good.
i am the customer slimming sanctuary and i have signup the package 24 times 3k+ for facial cleaning and i used 11 times. and recently this slimming sanctuary have sell their branches to beauty and co. and require me to re-signup the package with top up money as mandatory condition and the popup money is more then 1k+ very expensive. if not they will burn all my 12 times of facial cleaning, a lie company. i will take further action for this !!!...
