I had a laser removal of two arachnids. The procedure was short and the painless effect was expected to be visible after a month. I bought an ointment at the clinic to support treatment and regeneration, as recommended. 1.5 months have passed since the procedure, I made an appointment for a consultation because I didn't see any major changes. The lady from the reception who also performed the procedure said that one arachnid is less visible, I agree, I confirmed it, but the other one, no change, I have to continue applying the ointment, but I don't know if it will help, but I should be glad that this one is prettier. I heard that I had a bad attitude because it's better to have lower expectations. The lady said she could repeat the treatment for me and I would pay 50% again, but now she doesn't see the point. When I mentioned that I was going on holiday at the end of June, I was told that what was more important for me was tanning or removing broken blood vessels. Very poor approach, I paid PLN 350 for each arachnid. plus PLN 100 ointment. So I don't understand why it's on the website tab closing blood vessels: "The Nd-Yag head allows you to effectively remove hemangiomas located on the face and body or broken capillaries on the legs." since it DOESN'T REMOVE them. The lady performing the procedure should immediately inform you that, as she mentioned, you need to have a positive attitude and not expect miracles. I do not recommend it for laser hair removal, the visit was unpleasant and very painful for me. I was not offered any form of anesthesia before the procedure. Unfortunately, the lady performing the procedure was very unsympathetic. I recommend that before you put your glasses on, check if they are clean because mine were dirty with fluid. Despite the friendly service, I am not satisfied with the results of laser hair removal on my bikini area (total), calves and armpits. I went for two years, I suffered because I thought it was worth it. I was assured that after all the treatments I wouldn't have to shave anymore, that there might only be some delicate, invisible hairs. However, I have to shave all the time, the hairs are dark and visible everywhere. The second thing I did was remove the red dot with a laser. It didn't work the first time, I paid for it the second time and it also failed to remove the dot. I went to Bieńkowski and it worked the first time. I highly recommend the laser for closing capillaries on the face. I have had 3 treatments and the difference is really visible. My face is white and I had red blushes on my face. Ms. Kamila does it really well. I recommend it with all my heart ♥️
