i like skinlab, have done facial here for almost 10 year. feel satisfied for all the facial and product, will continue support. My beautician is L-Teen from Jurong Point outlet , she is good and caring.

Always enjoy my facial session with Lteen under her meticulous care. CS Twinkle is friendly & helpful.

I enjoy my facials at the JP outlet, Lteen is patient and will check with me if I have any skin concerns before starting on facial every time. Will recommend.

Been visiting SkinLab JP for a long time and loved their services! Consultant Twinkle is not pushing and does not do hard selling when it comes to recommending new or suitable packages and is very understanding even if you turn her down. Always looked forward to having my beautician Miki for facial treatments as she’s very skilled and good with helping me with my bad skin condition and always patient and meticulous during the facial session. She’s very friendly and I always enjoy small chats with her just like a friend! Jurong Point outlet is very clean and luxuriously comfortable you always feel welcomed when visiting. Recommended!... Its been weighing on my mind whether i should write this or not, but i decided to do it. So here’s my honest review… Have been a customer for many years with Skinlab. Always loved having the facials here with a nice atmosphere n ambience. However, recently i felt a bit “pressurised” into signing some packages and buying the products. It seems like after every session, im always being “talked into” buying new products or signing new packages with them. I feel i have been spending a lot continuously, and now when i looked back, i have already accumulated quite a hefty amount of “debts” to pay, as the money will auto deduct from my bank each month. And despite the fact i did tell them i am still in “debt” and wish to “pay off my debt” first before signing or buying new packages, they just kept pushing me to sign for more, to the extent i feel a bit uneasy seriously. Hasn’t been doing facial for really long and was recommended by my friend to try Skinlab at Jurong Point outlet. My first trial session was really good that I’ve decided to sign a package with them + credits for their products. Good experience. Both Candy and Ezann are really friendly and nice.

My therapist may is very experienced and skilful. She understands my needs and recommend suitable product to me. She also good in explaining product treatment and have good massage skill. The consultant twinkle is also good.

Good experience so far. Decided to try to get rid of my ice pick scars. My consultant Kay is understanding with regards to my skin concerns and my therapist Viky is really nice. Always giving me advice on how to take care of my skin and provides great treatment during the session.The customer service aspect is really good as well. Been following my therapist Mei Chen for more than 1 year. Her facial sessions are always relaxing and love her meticulous extraction service. She is always warm and friendly. Kay the consultant is knowledgeable and gives good skin advice. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting Skinlab the Medical Spa in Jurong Point regularly for the past four years. The experience I have during my visit always leaves me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Went for the $48 trial of their Intense Hydration Treatment, not bad actually - my skin was so painfully dry before the treatment but felt thoroughly and deeply moisturised after. Environment was very comfortable and consultant KayLeung took the time to find out my concerns (I requested for no steam machine and no needle extractions due to my skin sensitivity and they accommodated without question) my therapist Vicki was great. Note that no neck care and shoulder massage for trial. Slight hard selling at the end by KayLeung even though I had informed them in advance that I had another appointment after. Overall a decent experience, might go back and pay ala carte for this treatment when skin is unbearably dry or just before special event Iike wedding.... (Show more)

I normally come here for my facial. Was attended to by consultant, Kay and my usual therapist, Vicky. Outstanding service as usual. Always felt well taken care and their many recommendations are spot on. Promptly remind on the best appointment as well. Always a pleasure being here.

High recommended this place as I went here many times here. The service here is very good my Consultant Twinkle did not hard sell the packages and also pleasant.
