Me and my best friend visited Skin Care Australia in East Perth to get fillers done by the lovely Selby. I cannot recommend her more highly enough. She is the kindest , most gentle and calming soul there is - she made us feel very comfortable and gave us exactly what we needed - as well as taking into consideration the dimensions of our faces. She advised us on what we needed and where , without the need to advertise for unnecessary treatments. The clinic itself was clean , tidy and the rooms were presented beautifully. Anyone who wants to get any cosmetic or skin treatments done will surely be as satisfied as we were ! Was advised that Carousel clinic moved to East Perth. New management is not helpful at all, all they care about is taking your money. Let me see out my IPL package that i was doing at Carousel with the same staff member, at the end of my packages last appointment the manager had told the staff that I couldn't leave as my package had expired and that I had to pay the full price of the treatment, I advised that I was definitely sure I had one left, as I had been told of the fact earlier. They forced me to pay 50% on ZipPay as I didn't have my wallet. Later the manager, Rachel, confirmed I had one left but refused to give the money back even after consumer affairs got involved. Rachel tried to scare me out of writing this review claiming that writing it would be "illegal". Will never return to this business.... (Show more)

SCA East Perth, particular DMK treatment wouldn't recommend to anyone,( who are using DMK products) staff are not professional and treatments overpriced .Using DMK for many years I haven't heard that face neck and decolletage are charge individually.

So happy there is now a SCA in East Perth, especially with the friendly, professional and polite staff. Monica was a delight to deal with and very professional and well-informed. Thank you 😀 …

I have just started getting IPL at SCA Carousel. Fran is so lovely and is so knowledgeable. I have been made to feel so welcomed and comfortable. I have found the IPL machine used here far more effective and painless then the previous and very expensive place I was going to. The technology used is clearly very advanced. If you are scared of needles go and see Hayley at skin care Australia clinics!!!. She was aware of my fears and completely dissolved them. I had my lips filled and my chin relaxed and I didn’t feel a thing. She not only gave me what I came in for but gave me what I needed and made it work for my face proportions. Thanks Hayley <3...
