I have always been a nervous patient in the dentist chair. However, the more I attend Skerries Dental, the less anxious I am. Elham and Pieter, thank you. No more chronic fear. You are an extremely professional team. Gentle, caring, no matter what needs doing from, cleaning, fillings, root canal to crowns & bridges. Never disappointed. Standard of work is exceptional. I have attended this clinic many times. Elham and Peter have taken excellent care of me on each occasion .Their thorough examinations and treatments have resolved a number dental issues for me , relieving much discomfort.. This is a highly efficient, excellently well maintained Dental Practice. The admin and dental nurse staff are very helpful, polite and efficient. As I search about finding someone now who is not fully private, my experience when I came here was mixed. Polish dentist was very genuine. There were two Irish dental nurses which I have to mention to distinguish, as the older one seemed to think it was no problem when I'm asked something by the dentist just to cut across me and was definitely brash then afterwards. I had my teeth examined already including x-ray and other details but they asked to do another examination so they can charge me extra 150 euro just to take another look. So paying nearly 300 euro before I get any treatment. Just for the price of the examinations I can get the treatment I need and cover all my travel expenses in another country. I went to Smiles Dental Balbriggan for dental examination where I had x-rays and my teeth checked by a professional dentist. Then I was referred to Skerries Dental Care for root canal treatment where all my details of the examination from Smiles Dental were sent to. It wasn’t enough for them.... (Show more)

I had a lot of treatment and their attention to detail was second to none. They explained every step to me and the results were fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough Skerries Dental Care and personally Dr Peter Hensel for such a brilliant service. They're true professionals. When I had lost any hope of finding emergency dentist, Dr Hensel accepted me without an appointment. The care and service provided was exceptional.

Excellent dentist, phoned for appointment as emergency, had broken a tooth, was told they were fully booked but would put name down for any cancellation. Wasn't exactly hopeful but phone call within the morning and treatment this afternoon. Dr Peter was brilliant and all staff very helpful and welcoming.... (Show more)

I highly recommend! Everyone is so lovely and they work hard to put you at ease. From the sweet and friendly Rebecca at reception to Dr's Ellie and Peter and of course nurse Paula (with her songs from the Wiggles!) even a root canal becomes a pleasant experience!
