I went to Sismer with such enthusiasm, hoping to solve my problems. But I was so disappointed, that I could never set foot in there!
Worst experience and Worst person met in my life. Escape as soon as you can, regardless of the results you seek, but no one deserves to be treated like this.
I went with my wife to the simer center and I found great availability, kindness and above all competence on the part of the medical staff.
The organization leaves something to be desired... whoever accompanies the patient must remain outside the facility... in the summer, standing for hours in the heat... very tiring... the service can be improved considering that it's private...
I met the S.I.S.Me.R. many years ago, when I prepared with my wife for egg donation abroad. I still have contacts with the center of Bologna, where I was a psychologist for couples until 2008. In my experience, I have not received negative opinions on the staff, nor on the structure; indeed, the many couples I sent to S.I.S.Me.R. they have always thanked me, expressing positive judgments referring to doctors and staff. Anyone who is about to enter an assisted reproduction center is to obtain a pregnancy that they otherwise could not achieve: this is the most important thing for which judgments should be made, instead of referring to the beauty of the structure or questions regarding medical visits. If a gynecologist does not perform an ultrasound, he will have deemed it right to do so. After all, no dentist carries out the dental overview when he is sure of his diagnosis. More than these opinions which are questionable, I recommend looking at the curricula of the professionals who work in the MAP centres.... (Show more)
Old-fashioned and poorly maintained building. Full of stairs, not suitable for people with walking difficulties. I encountered zero communication or zero agreements between the secretariat and the doctor who did the ultrasound: on the phone they told me it would be totally in 3d and 4d with delivery of cd-roms, but it was all in 2d, without cd and with photos on normal paper. I add the following after having read the response of the structure: I don't understand the relevance of the answer to my review. You will have all the certifications in the world, but the waiting room I was in was not clean (chairs, curtains) and above all the communication between the person I spoke to on the phone (who, I repeat, ASSURED the execution of the ultrasound in 3d and 4d with delivery of the cd) and the doctor was evidently not there. I have not received what I was promised. I have reviewed what I have seen and what I have experienced, I would not return or recommend your establishment.... (Show more)
I went to the sismer center with my husband 4 years ago, now I hold my baby Alice Vittoria in my arms who will be one year old on January 30. I will always thank them all, both the doctors I have always had the opportunity to deal with, and all the biologists working behind it...you do a beautiful job. My husband and I went there 20 years ago, we had excellent assistance, I must say in response to those who have commented that the structure is not beautiful. When we arrived there with only the desire to become parents, we saw only the seriousness and professionalism of the doctors. We just want to say Thank you to all of you for my twenty year old boy and then two more wonderful children arrived ❤️... (Show more)
I just had a frozen blastocyst transferred... I can only say that it will go well (hopefully) it's an excellent center... they are professional... Educated... kind... My review is positive, I remember when I read these posts wondering if they were fake or real, well they are real. Sismer has done a lot for me, when the NHS abandoned me Sismer did what I asked for on the first attempt, within the time frame envisaged and at a very acceptable cost. Sismer also has some flaws, but it's nothing compared to what they can give. Thank you 1000 thanks for everything.... (Show more)

Hello everyone, my name is Ilaria and I arrived in the world of PMA a year ago after years of attempts gone wrong, after research and advice I entrusted myself to the Sismer center and I could not have made a better choice, I found great professionalism and attention to the person I've never felt like a number but Dr. Gianaroli and his staff have always been available and available for any information, I always thank Dr. Tabanelli with a kind and reassuring word, because this is also needed in this process. I only share my experience in Sismer dating back to the year 2015. The worst of experiences. Fortunately we arrive in Barcelona which my little girl gave me and today I am waiting for my little brother / sister. Another world and the prices are not too different. But the quality yes
I went for an ultrasound while pregnant. The gynecologist was very kind but the employees were terrible. They raised their voices and the one at the entrance treated me so badly that it made me want to cry. I don't understand how they can make such unkind and empathetic people work in an infertility center, where people are often fragile and in difficulty.... (Show more)
