Sorted me in very quick when had an abscess! Lovely receptionist and dentist kind and compassion! Person whom deaf and have neruoological issues wouldn't go anywhere else

Disgusting be waiting days to be sent here for tooth removal had a 3 second inspection an sent away with the advice of going private I can’t afford to go to a private dentist sent away with nothing absolute shambles

I am gobsmacked at the work that has been done on my teeth after I neglected them due to a long illness. You can always see how good a dentist is by the way they speak to their dental nurse and mine is very much in tandem with her nurse. They really relax you from the minute you walk in. Not only excellent service from Maria the Dentist but also her dental assistant. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable in the chair.

Fantastic service. I had an emergency appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The dentist was just as nice Maria I think her name was, she was very reassuring non judgmental and helped me. Thank you.

Honestly the reception staff was lovely I smashed my front tooth out in a car accident which left me with quite a big hole in the front teeth very embarrassing and painful when eating or drinking so went here as an emergencie and all they did was put a filling to stop the air getting in left the hole and left the stuff super Sharp and a big amount of it behind my tooth to say it looks worse now than it did when I went in and still super sensitive it was so rushed and no care gone into it at all they new I didn't have a dentist and was petrified and it's 2 year waiting list every we're so I have to stay looking and feeling so embarrassing and still super sensitive so nothing was achieved at all not sure on what to do now as I'm to scared to go back... I rang the emergency dentist and they made me an appointment for tomorrow I told the women on the phone I was in work today and yet she has rang me a fair few times which is rude in it’s self,originally she booked me in for tomorrow then rang and tried to cancel and changed her mind and told me to still come in tomorrow morning then has rang a few more times to cancel again it’s a joke I’m in absolute agony this is not good enough!!!... Once you have been accepted on the dentists lists I cannot fault the service. Had to phone a couple of times for an emergency appointment managed same day,or the next day. Polite staff and great dentist.

Had a tooth abstracted, the dentist and nursing staff were very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending them

I have just been to this Dentist as mine is closed for necessary work to be done. I was met by a very lovely lady on Reception (a credit to your practice), who was so efficient and kind. Every patient who came in or phoned up was dealt with with the utmost patience.

RUDE!!!!!!! (all staff) Don't let you speak, rush you, couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery, if you're on the phone with them you are told they have to go if someone walks in, the list goes on!!!!! Wish I had never signed up with them, never have I had such an awful experience with a Dentist. Referrals DO NOT get sent, even they don't know who they're dealing with! I've been coming here since it opened a few years ago.. First class service and very polite and professional staff. Fully recommended. 10/10
