I recommend visiting Dr. Justyna Izdebska. I have conducted a large amount of research on various equipment. The advantage was the meeting with the optometrist - Mrs. Karolina examined me thoroughly, selecting glasses in which I could see perfectly. I have never had such a thorough examination at an optician. After leaving the optometrist, I went to the doctor. Doctor Izdebska spent a lot of time talking to me and explained everything. I am 3 years after phakic lens implantation and I am very satisfied. I recommend Dr. Wojciech Kołodziejczyk. A very good specialist.

Two years ago, this clinic was recommended to me when I was looking for help for my eyesight. I came across doc. Kamińska, who performed cataract surgery using a lens transplant. Dr. Dr. fitted a lens for one eye. Izdebska, who has a fantastic relationship with the patient, explains everything at length about what she is doing, performed the examination twice to make sure everything was measured correctly. However, for my other eye, I was selected by Dr. Kołodziejczyk, who gave me the impression that he wanted to end the visit as quickly as possible, and persuaded me to buy corrective glasses even though I was supposed to have cataract removal surgery in a week and I wouldn't even have time to get them. The medical care itself on the day of the procedure was great, I felt taken care of and the ladies working there were nice, there was excellent contact with my husband - when I needed to stay longer, they called and informed me about the situation. However, nursing care on the ground floor is a laughing matter. Raising your voice, pouring out your frustration on the patient because the device does not want to work properly, when he has such a major defect that the device cannot measure it... Well, what if it were my fault? Each time I left there shaking and crying. When choosing this clinic, I was guided by the fact that since the clinic presents itself as so serious and professional, the staff respects people. However, my bitterness was broken by the last visit to the office no. 5 and no. 8. The former is staffed by a nurse who, before the secondary cataract removal procedure, raises her voice, almost shouting why I can't read any of the displayed letters, that I have to read the first and second letters... When I answer that I can't see, he switches to even smaller and smaller ones. She put on my glasses, which I couldn't see with either, and kept yelling at me for reading. It was only when I cried in front of her and told her in anger that I had a secondary cataract that she seemed to come to her senses and calm down. As for Dr. I had a pretty good opinion from office no. 8, but it changed during the last visit of the so-called "follow-up after the procedure" and therefore free. The visit lasted maybe 3 minutes, I went in and the lady checked if it had healed well, she didn't ask how I felt, if it hurt or if anything was happening. No recommendations on paper, dismissive answer to my question. The clinic loses a lot because of such people. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the nursing staff effectively lowers my rating. When it comes to this clinic, for me it is "class in itself" and I came here by recommendation. I have a very bad eyesight, I have been to many places all my life and I finally came here. My vision was getting worse, all my glasses were bad. I decided to undergo laser correction and went to Dr. Izdebska, who, after various tests, concluded that in my case the procedure would not give me the satisfaction I expected. I was desperate. The doctor referred me to an optometrist to have a test with lenses that would show me how I would see after the surgery. She was right. I found the wonderful Mrs. Aleksandra Budelewska, an optometrist, who selected lenses and lenses for my glasses. I was the last patient and Mrs. Budelewska gave me her private time to finish my examination because I couldn't decide which glasses I could see better with. That's why I always had bad glasses. Ultimately, I got something for glasses that no one had thought of before. It was probably my fault, because I chose glasses thinking that it wouldn't get any better. Thanks to Mrs. Budelewska's angelic patience, I have progressive glasses to which I have already become accustomed. Thank you very much to both ladies. Nobody pressured me into anything, I waited as long as I needed. The doctor will not ask anyone to leave the office, everyone has the right to ask questions until they understand, it takes time. I am very satisfied with the visits I had at the clinic, as well as with the procedure itself and the care immediately after it. Dr. Izdebska is a wonderful doctor, very detailed and open to the patient. Okolaser is a place that I consistently recommend because it was only the third place where I was correctly diagnosed with keratoconus. The downside is the organization of visiting hours and delays, I'm used to it, but it's something that's discouraging, especially considering the high prices of services.... (Show more)

Organizational failure. Twice I made wrong appointments and threatened to throw me out of the clinic. I wait in the corridor for 1 hour and nothing. We don't know who, what, where and how. I do not recommend!! In addition, there was a radio playing wedding songs - drama!!!

My experience with CMO was very positive. From the very beginning, the registration process went very smoothly, which had a positive impact on my first impression. The staff was not only nice, but also professional and helpful, which made the entire process, from registration to treatment, very comfortable. The procedure itself went perfectly. It was completely painless and the doctors and staff made me feel completely calm and relaxed. I am delighted with the great final effect, which exceeded my wildest expectations. I would give it a 0. It's true that I haven't been to the clinic for a few years, but every time I did, I had to wait a long time in front of the office for my turn. There are no such circuses on the National Health Fund.

My daughter had strabismus surgery. She was operated on by Professor Piotr Lob, whom I wholeheartedly recommend. All pre- and post-operative visits took place on time and in a pleasant atmosphere. The doctor provided all information on an ongoing basis. The ward has very nice staff, starting with the nurses who make every effort to make the children feel good. They also help after surgery, which was really important to me and for which I am very grateful. Before the operation, the anesthesiologist explained to my daughter very clearly what he would do.
