Worst hospital doctors are good but the hospital are not establish for human welfare it's for only money earning ..it's establish only for money making

Very expensive

Very pathetic service providers I am also Medical Field person worked multiple hospital in NCR and Delhi but when I personally admit my relatives in that hospital I saw poorest quality of all NCR hospitals.... Doctor who is the main Consultant came to see patient after multiple follow up calls.after 12 hrs while nursing staff and duty doctor doing medication fluiding and antibiotics which was not required for pt. They are just trying to eating money by extend patient stay ......

Very Bad experience, I visited Hospital reception to know opd time of pediatric Consultant, he replied 9:30 am to 11:00 am then next day morning I book opd slot for Dr. Gaurav sirohi, But after 1 hour nearly 9 am I received call from hospital and they said Dr Starts OPD early. so I visited Hospital and pay opd fees but till 10: 15 doctor has not arrived.I again go to reception then he says doctor comes after 11 am and then starts his opd ,then i told him why you call me to come early then he says "OPD starts from 11 am on daily basis,then after some time My wife go to reception then same person syas OPD starts @9:30 am,only today doctor is late.He also arrogant attitude, Finally we cancel our appointment and take refund of opd fees as many others do. This is my first and also last visit to such hospital which do not have value for others time and do not have proper manner to talk to persons come for OPD.May be doctors are nice but my first experience that come late.Receptionist way of talking and reply for Queries is ridiculous... Doctors are irresponsible

I did my ultrasound or you gave me wrong report. I will take legal action against hospital..and also publish in social media..people would like to know how the hospital works.

There receptionist behaviour is so worst they don't know how to behave with patients..

No talking sense of staff

Worst experience ever !! I visited today with my friend who is suffering from stomach ache. I went to the reception, there were two people one is male and one is female. I asked to meet with physician, He said she will come at 11 o'clock, It was 10:00 o'clock. I asked any one else available here, it's an emergency. What he said actually shocked me and that's why I am reviewing the only hospital where I used to visit over the past four years. He said : aur koi kya dental ka btau, physician 11 bje aayegi to aayegi. I was like what you are talking about man? How you can be so rude , and this can be answered In a manner and He can say sir please wait She will come in an hour and there is no other Phoesician available at this time. But, He chose to be arrogant and turned back. I will never this hospital again despite of good doctors and I am disappointed with the customer service, Santosh is another hospital in proximity and I chose to visit this ever on Shivalik.... Charges surged from June 2020 exponentially. Doctor usually came late as it a old school hospital.
