I am personally very lucky with the doctor, Dr. Eding has always been very professional and always talked to me calmly, even managed to calm me down on several occasions when I was completely out of my mind and actually these hospitals are not that horrible either, the nurses and caregivers are really with a bad attitude, but if you can stay calm and don't cause any trouble yourself, and they won't stab you like that, you'll probably get your phone back when you get out of the intensive care unit (it all depends on your behavior, of course)... Extremely unprofessional and rude nurses and doctors. After a year of cranking, they finally prescribed medicines that cannot be bought, because these medicines are not sold in Estonia. Received calls almost daily for a month to resolve the issue, but no one answered. Emails are not answered. Today, after an hour of calling, you answered the call for the first time, said "well, what do you want", hung up and won't answer again. How such people are given work in a psychiatric clinic goes against all logic and ethics. I don't understand if the staff of a psychiatric clinic can really be so bitter, malicious and unprofessional in the country of Estonia, or if it is a fraud, because a considerable amount of patient and taxpayer money had to be paid for the zero result.... nurses are incredibly unprofessional. i was not allowed to see my family even though they claim to accept visitors. during panic attacks they were unhelpful and they often either told me to shut up or they threatened to keep me locked up for longer if i "didn't stop". food is disgusting and caused me to lose my appetite entirely for the time i was there. my doctor barely spoke to me and i had to rant to the nurses just to get his attention and have him talk to me. most days i had nothing to do besides take my meds and miserably lay in bed. in general, awful experience. nice TV and bean bags, though.... They served a delicious soup, but overall I don’t recommend it. bored and they take away your cigarettes and prohibit you from having sex in the department. They don’t really prescribe treatment, but they over-diagnosis. it's hard to find a doctor to talk/quarrel with

very unprofessional psychiatric nurses. when I went to the reception, the mental health nurse just told me dully how I have ruined my life and if she was my mother she would strangle me. I recently received a diagnosis from the same place that I am borderline. I asked for help early, but still Seewald only helps after the house has already burned down.... (Show more)

Wonderful psychiatrists and medics. They always help. Special thanks to Dr. Kallassalu, specific and friendly, a real pro.

It was nice that after a month of being there, my depression disappeared, but suicidality came in its place. The food was inedible, but at least they gave me coffee in the morning. This place would be more helpful if there were doctors who wouldn't take out their depression on their patients. You could take your pajama, so at least it was comfortable. generally, slay.... Wonderful place, the rooms had no windows, if you ask for a smoke, you will be sent to a rooster. 10/10 would go again. The best burgers in Estonia

Terrible service, impossible to get hold of anyone at the polyclinic.

Didn't even let me call my relatives. Require you to know the number. Who in 2019 remembers phone numbers anyway? They're stored in phones! Food was meh. 5/10
