The waiting period for the check-up was within two weeks, the procedure after a week from the first check-up. They offered a small uncooperative patient with ADHD to remove and treat several teeth at once under general anesthesia. Above-standard approach and very professional.

My daughter had a problem with inflammation of the canals of a tooth broken in early childhood. Dr. Scheer recommended a suitable treatment procedure and cleaned the canals absolutely precisely, gently and carefully under a microscope. Everything happened calmly, in a pleasant environment, and above all without pain. Thanks to this, the daughter is not afraid to return to the doctor's office for further procedures. When I registered at the clinic, my teeth were in terrible condition. I never stayed at other clinics because I was always bothered by the attitude of the staff or the doctors. However, I have been at this clinic for over a year and during that time everything has been fixed. Great job on cleaning the canals and other procedures by Mr. J. Scheer. Comfortable lifting of figure eights by the experienced professional of the primary clinic, Mr. A. Schill. Excellent dental hygiene from the meticulous B. Žižková and I am currently wearing braces, which I also received at this clinic from Mrs. M. Soldánová. You could say that "thanks" to the state of my teeth that I came with, I already had the opportunity to get to know half of the staff. :D But the important thing is that now my teeth are fine. It is the merit of both experienced doctors and nurses, who always welcome you with a smile and if you are nervous about dentists, you can be sure that you will listen to some good music at the reception and the general environment will pleasantly relieve you of tension. You can also listen to some music in the background during the procedure, which is absolutely great and you can see that the utmost comfort is being taken care of here. I was here with my child for the first preventive check-up. As for the doctor and nurses, everything is fine. They were kind to the child and did not force us to do anything. They showed me how to hold the baby correctly, how to clean the tooth as best as possible and what to watch out for. But what's worse is waiting in a crowded waiting room, somehow I don't believe that it can't be organized better. It is not pleasant to wait 40 minutes in the cramped spaces of the waiting room with a one-year-old child. I expect more from a private device.... (Show more)

This clinic is not foreigner-friendly. Unfortunately, my parents and I did not have a good experience with them. While we don't mind paying a premium price for good service, but the long appointment dates, unprofessional and disrespectful staff, and poor service make it unreasonable. I would strongly recommend choosing another clinic, such as Smile Centrum, which offers an overall better service. This clinic is not foreigner friendly. Unfortunately, my parents and I did not have a good experience with them. I called with an urgent problem, I was offered an appointment for the next morning. I was with Dr. Krupková, who was absolutely wonderful. She tried not to hurt anything, communicated, told in advance what was going to happen. 7736 for a pulled out tooth and x-ray.

We were at the clinic with a two-year-old daughter with a panic attack from the doctor. The doctor and the nurse were absolutely amazing. Everything was clearly shown and explained to the daughter. Her needs and fears were felt. My daughter hasn't talked about anything else for two days now ❤️

I am very satisfied with the quality of the care provided and the approach of the doctors. I warmly recommend!

Avoid this clinic, or you will be disappointed. It is the worst dental clinic in Prague. They treat you like a dog and humiliate people. The only thing they are interested in is profit, I really recommend you to find another clinic, this one is very poor.

Terrible. I was a new patient who came for a consultation. My appointment was at 3pm, I was waiting until 3:25 - nobody informed me of any delay, nobody apologised, so then I left - I would not be willing to pay for this anymore. The Schill clinic was recommended to me by an acquaintance, after the visit I can say that it exceeded all my expectations. I give five stars, more devices like this! Highly recommended!
