My crown cracked & they did a marvellous job on a temporary fix & I am going back soon to have the crown replaced.

Disgusting clinic, terrible doctor! I got a piece of parsley stuck between my teeth, came to blow it and pull it out, started poking all the teeth until it hurt, scraping the protective coating off my teeth, asked me not to hurt or poke my teeth, but just get it right between my teeth and showed me where! I had an inflamed tooth, I called and made an appointment for removal on the same day. When I arrived, I saw a beautiful territory, polite staff, and they took me to the doctor. He removed the tooth very carefully. And then we took a 3D photo for free to make sure that nothing was left At the end I was given a prescription containing antibiotics and painkillers. Attention was top-notch. Filling and cleaning. She took her time to make sure filling sat perfectly. Very reasonable cost. Quiet location but easily accessed. Easy parking.

Terrible experience. I went in and explained I was in a lot of pain because had a filling that fell out with an exposed nerve. Dentist proceeded to forcibly sharply rap on it with no warning, to which I shouted explatives, naturally. They laughed that that was their "test". Put on a temporary filling in pink that did not match the teeth, did not cure it, or file it down. I'm still in pain a day later and the filling is already chipping away.... (Show more)

Was recommended this dental clinic after I had an unfortunate scooter accident while traveling in Bali. The dentist Istri Mas was very kind and professional. The clinic made a partial denture for me within 5 days and it was affordable. They even wrote me an insurance letter to bring back to the states. Was at the clinic at 10:25 20 April. I need 5 minute consultation with a dentist. I have no reservation, because have only small question for a couple of minutes to the doctor. Lady at the reception say that i have to make reservation and it is not possible find 5 minutes for me. There was no any patients waiting. So 1 star to the clinic from me.... (Show more)

I choose this clinic by the advices of my friends. Nice and friendly personal. Clean and good equipped. As I am a dentist myself I can say with 100% they know what they are doing. All procedures by the protocols. Clinic using good and new materials. So definitely recommend!

Excellent service and skilled female dentistry specialist. Been using for 7 years, very popular with foreign tourists so book well in advance via email and plan a Bali holiday of 3 weeks, seeing dentist first up, holiday around Bali and return to Ubud for final appointment.

Fantastic service and experience. I got a clean and a check up which cost 600,000. My dentist was very throughal, reassuring and professional. Amazing work. I had a root canal done on a molar. They were very communicative, not pushy, professional, caring, and skilled. No complaints. I've been to 8 dentists in my young life of travelling and they were the best. Half the price of Canada. Beware of doing serious dental work here. I had a crown done a little over a year ago and now I need it redone in the US. They did not fit and cement it properly and now I have decay. My crown has to be removed and redone. What a waste of money.
