Christina is knowledgeable, experienced and very lovely lady. She explained all my questions patiently, provided professional advice and did fantastic work on my Thermage treatment.

I’ve had my Thermage treatment done with Christiana and it was the best thing I’ve experienced. She was professional, genuine and knew what was needed straight away. Results were visible straight away and can’t wait to see the better me in 4 months time.

I have been coming to Saphira Clinic for my Thermage for many years and have only just now got around to leaving a review. The service and results I experience at this clinic are beyond compare, every time. I cannot fault the experience I receive year after year and I credit their patented Thermage method with keeping me fresh and natural looking as the years go by. I was shocked to see anyone would give them less than a 5 star review and as a curious person, I had to go and check. Well. One woman going on about not being personally contacted by phone (even after receiving a direct email and seeing the SM post) during a pandemic lockdown! Imagine being so self-centred that your primary concern in a serious covid outbreak is to be personally called by a beauty clinic, in a lockdown! People are passing away from a virus and you’re taking the time to go and leave a negative review because an email just wasn’t enough for you? Unbelievable. How selfish and entitled some people are. The other was offered a free treatment then seemed to be unable to book a time within the parameters offerred. Sorry but you’re offered a $300 plus treatment, for free, and you’re quibbling that this busy clinic aren’t bowing to your personal schedule? The level of selfish entitlement of some people will never cease to amaze me and it breaks my heart that such kind and caring people such as the Director at this clinic, who has always been incredibly attentive and caring to me, despite having an extremely busy practise, just blows my mind. Some people really need to take a look in the mirror, for something other than physical flaws. In the meantime, those of us who are able to see value and professionalism for what is is, will take the time to appreciate it. I really recommend Saphira as your thermage treatment choice. I did thermage last March and I can see the result (the lift effect of my cheek）， for nasolabial folds, I can’ see the effect maybe because I am still young :) I am very satisfied with the lift effect! I took BBL treatment and the treatment process is ok, the specialist is familiar with the process although the effect of BBL to me is minimal. However the customer service is not well managed. The specialist doesn't respond to my appointment confirmation or reschedule promptly or even forgot to reply, e.g. no advice of cancellation of appointment due to lockdown and their excuse is that they do not need advise the customers as it is common sense that non-essential services are not open during lockdown. The way to communicate with customers are really poor. The director does not take customer complaint seriously, even used offensive language to me when I made a complaint about their customer service.... (Show more)

As someone who works in the industry, I wouldn't trust my face with anyone other than Christiana. She is always up-to-date on current clinical studies, & the Thermage treatments are amazing. Christiana is always a delight.

I did a Thermage 10 days ago. I can see immediately the result, which is my eyebrow lifted. But, Indeed, I need to wait for more time to see the résulte. Christiana is very experienced and professional. so you can see she has rich knowledge and experiences in Comestic Skin Treatments, not only limited in Thermage treatment. I had my first Thermage treatment yesterday at Saphira Clinic. Christiana was awesome!!! She explained things to me throughout the process. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and knows very well of what she is doing. It was unexpectedly smooth process, I didn't feel any pain at all. I've had 6 needlings before and I could say this is nothing compared to needling! No after effect like I had post needling treatment. Most importantly I can see the immediate results! Best clinic for Thermage ever. Christiana is extremely knowledgeable, patience and kind who explained to me everything i asked during the treatment. She is a delight. For sure, i will come back for other treatments and continue to do Thermage with Christiana every year.

The thermage treatment wasn't as painful as it described on the Internet and I'm really glad to have Christiana to do my treatment. Had my thermage treatment a few years ago (typing this review from my alias account and not under my real name as do not want my friends and family to know), it was cheaper than other clinics and the lady was friendly. Unfortunately I did not see any results and was not able to claim the free laser treatment that they had offered as part of the package, due to unavailability when I tried to book it in....
