Sanoral Dental Clinic

I made an appointment for a CONSULTATION on February 1st, and they were able to give me the next one on March 7th. I thought, ok, this is already suspicious, but I'll wait. Yesterday afternoon they called me on the phone saying that someone canceled their appointment for today, can I go instead at 12:45. I told them that I have an MRI scan that has been booked for a long time, but I think I'll get there right away. My MR was delayed, I had to wait there as well, so I wouldn't have gotten there before 1:00 p.m. Although it is not possible to make phone calls in the MR machine, I must admit that it slipped my mind that the appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, so I did not make a phone call there when I finally came out. Well, it wouldn't have mattered, since they called me on the phone at 12:54 and then billed me an 'availability fee', since I wasn't there at 12:45. I apologized to them several times, they said that my original appointment on March 7th was given to someone else, and I can't book a new one until I pay them. Then I received an email with a completely aggressive tone, saying that 'the doctor and the assistant were just waiting for me at the appointed time and I didn't even cancel' and that I should pay them HUF 35,000 for nothing, because I didn't cancel within 24 hours. I wrote to them that they told me to go today in less than 24 hours, so on the one hand it would have been physically impossible to cancel within 24 hours, on the other hand this was not my appointment originally, they gave me an appointment for 5 weeks later and then they changed it at the last minute and these according to 2 people at the same time, they try to pay the full price of a consultation, so that in the end no one showed up. I asked if I pay them the 35,000 now and ask for a new appointment (I think they would give it around the end of April) then can we deduct it from the price of the treatment later, if not now I should just pay for nothing because someone canceled their appointment for today, which they offer me at the last moment and act as if they have been preparing for my reception for half a year and as if anyone else would have come by then if they don't convince me to try to get there.... I have been completely satisfied with anyone who has dealt with me at this clinic so far. So far, among the doctors and dental hygienists I have been lucky with: - Dr. Csaba Lászlófy - Dr. Dániel Radánovics-Nagy - Dr. Hulita Sybilla - Dr. Balázs Bíró - Dr. Mariann Tóth - Tímea Mihalik I still have quite a few treatments ahead of me, also with other doctors, so if this good trend continues in the future, I will update the list in the review. It should be emphasized that after the removal of the 4 wisdom teeth at the same time, the pain in the upper teeth was practically reduced to zero within 1-2 days (even without painkillers), only the lower ones caused minor (natural) discomfort. I checked in with them separately one day before the suture removal because I was a little worried about the state of my gums in addition to one of the teeth. I requested an appointment in less than 24 hours, yet they checked me and when I asked if I owed anything, they said no. I even received a small tool practically as a gift to clean the area in question. In short, if I were to look for errors with a magnifying glass, I wouldn't be able to connect to this place. I've been there multiple times with a multitude of problems. Each time, I was treated with utmost professionalism and kindness. I trust them so much that I also took my Mom there for surgery (removal of a bone tumor), which was handled extremely well! Thank you!

Not a good experience at all. I made an appointment for a consultation for fixing worn-down teeth (i.e. crowns). When I got there the consulting dentist Dr. Bíró did not do an x-ray, only a perfunctory check of my teeth, and then proceeded to talk about replacing my fillings (which are fine and were never mentioned by me! After reiterating that I need crowns, and explaining (to a dentist!) why, I got a rather cursory treatment plan that was 50% more expensive than the quote I got from another dentist that same day, and to add insult to injury was charged an exorbitant 40€ for a 15-minute consultation. I'm only giving 2 stars because I assume there are other, competent dentists working here, but my experience was horrible.... (Show more)

Dental emergency on a Saturday morning, no problem, went to Sanoral Dental and Oral Surgery. Very friendly, helpful and excellent dental treatment by Dr. Róbert Balaj-Regonini. Highly recommended

Friendly staff, state of the art equipment, and very professional. Dr. Lászlófy Csaba (the owner of the business) was very friendly and helpful as well. It’s quite an expensive clinic but I believe you get exactly what you pay for! Recommended

I broke half of my tooth and Dr. Balasz Biro fixed it by aesthetic treatment along with his colleague. They were absolutely brilliant and very professional. I highly recommend it to the people facing dental problems.
