Great experience yesterday after Dr Riaz cleaned my temporary bridge. It looked just like my own teeth. I can't imagine when I have my permanent bridge. I will be smiling all the way. Thank you Dr Riaz.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE RECEPTIONIST BOOKED US IN CONFIRMED TWICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN WE SHOWED UP FOR OUR APPOINTMENT WHICH WERE IN HER BOOKS SHE SAYS WE HAD NEVER BOOKED . AFTER WE PERSONALLY FOUND OUR NAME AND BOOKING IN HER APPOINTMENT BOOK SHE SAID THAT WE STILL COULD NOT BE SEEN DESPITE OUR APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THERE WERE TOO MANY PEOPLE IN THE SURGERY FOR TODAY. WE WERE 30MINS EARLY FOR OUT APPOINTMENT SO THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE. IT WAS A MATTER OF INCOMPETENCE THIS CAUSED A GREAT INCONVENIENCE TO US ANS SHE WAS RUDE AND DISMISSIVE DESPITE IT BEING HER MISTAKE, THIS LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE IS RIDICULOUS. SHE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT FOR Dr.RIAZ WHEN HE APARENTLY IS ON LEAVE WE BOOKED THIS APPOINTMENT ON THE 28TH OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH. Excellent work, went to remove my wisdom tooth which was a bit of a challenge as it had decayed a bit. Doctor removed it with immaculate ease and was extremely fast! My best dentist visit. Highly recommend

This is my second review of Dr Riaz. Again, as a long standing patient, I have found the service provided to be outstanding. Whenever I have had a dental emergency, I have been quickly accommodated with a prompt appointment. The reception staff are very friendly and professional. Can highly recommend Dr Riaz Wadvalla, my tooth literally fell out whilst eating dried mango , this was in the evening , the next day , Dr Wadvalla created a new tooth and used a titanium pin and was done with such ease and pain free , it was like such an easy experience especially for someone that has never enjoyed dentist or dentist visits. Terrible Customer Experience. I had specifically made a booking with Dr Riaz Wadvalla. Instead, I got another doctor entirely (with the same surname - seemed to be a mixup of sorts). I let them know that I wanted Dr. Riaz Wadvalla, and the disrespect received because I spoke up was uncomfortable. I felt so displaced in a setting that's already stressful for most. I was left to wait long enough that I had to leave without being seen by the doctor. The receptionist used the expressions "Just now" and "In 5 or 10 minutes" to keep me hanging on. The doctor did come out to apologise 25 minutes after the appointment time, but implied that the appointment time doesn't mean much, given the nature of his job. I appreciate that not everything can be anticipated, but when a patient arrives 10 minutes early for an appointment and there's someone else in the waiting room, there's already a problem. It's as if there's an inside joke about appointment times in the doctor's rooms. (It must be a joke, because a phone call or Whatsapp is all it takes to avoid it.) A patient arrives at 13h20 and says "I'm here for my 13h30 appointment" and the staff will chuckle to themselves because appointment times don't mean anthing... but the patient doesn't know that. So the receptionist will tell the patient to take a seat and over the next 30-40 minutes, the patient will endure a growing doubt of what they think they understand about time and appointments... And unless the patient says anything, none of the staff will say anything. I've been to him before and he's a good dentist, but I can't accept that a business can be so careless with a customer's time.... (Show more)

The best dentist. Dr Riaz is so patient and compassionate to his patients, my daughters are petrified of the chair but he has so much patience with them. His staff and facility is amazing, they always try to accommodate you as soon a possible.

Dr Wadvalla is my life saver. I went to his surgery in pain and tears... When I left I was happy. I have found a dentist for my family. Thank you Dr, you really helped me.

Dr Riaz Wadvalla is the best! I have, sadly, had much experience of dentists in the course of my life. Almost all have been very good, but Dr Riaz is very friendly while always being very professional and doing excellent work. Dr Riaz is a friendly and thorough dentist. I do not like visiting the dentist but he made me feel at ease and had a very light hand. Every appointment went off smoothly and painlessly. I would highly recommend Dr Riaz.

I cannot recommend this dentist enough. When I first started going to Dr.Wadvalla I was impressed that he was able to do my root canal treatment in 1 visit. I’m a very fussy person and needed crowns. I left them unattended too as I couldn’t find the best aesthetic dentist. Chatted to Dr. & he gave me some options to consider. On every visit he was very professional and explained the procedures. He takes time with each patient and ensures that you are not satisfied but HAPPY with the final outcome of the work his doing. Really pleasant surgery, warm welcome. We were hunting for a good dentist for some time after our last dentist relocated. Happy to say we have found Dr Riaz. Great person, soft hand, always giving the right advice. A definite recommendation to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Non-professional dentist. Do not recommend, as they will not only practice to damage your teeth but you will have bleeding gums and on top of it their lack of knowledge will cause you to be in early stage of gum recession. Please don't waste your money and put your oral health at risk - in their hands. Gum recession is irreversible. Even though you booked for appointment, you have to wait 30mins to get attended. Therefore not only they lack detentistry skills but also customer services.... (Show more)
