Extremely professional! Concise information! Talked you through available options and outcomes. Extremely happy with the price also with all that I am getting done. Very honest and thorough! No pressure to do anything, but given the options! I came to get a bridge changed as it was small compared to the rest of my teeth. Then the dentist told me everything that was wrong in my mouth. I know I neglected my teeth for years and it’s caught up with me. So he gave me an extremely fair price which is a tenth of how much it’ll cost back in the uk privately! Very professional and welcoming at all times! I would highly recommend for anybody looking to sort their teeth out and not be charged ridiculous prices in the uk/USA or any country that the prices are crazy! I had an exceptional experience. Since the first contact by message, have been super responsive. Immediate and unbeatable flow. I had a taxi on arrival, provided by the clinic, and the same for departure. The clinic is not very big, but with high quality infrastructure. I dealt with all the staff, mainly with Keti who did everything to make us understand each other. Extremely meticulous work, nothing left to chance. I had a lot of work to do and re-do (France is really lagging behind) Everything was resolved in 3 meetings. I leave with a big big smile. Thank you with all my heart. After consulting with four other dental clinics in Tirana and feeling disappointed, I google and came across some reviews about SanArt so I scheduled a consultation and my decision to go with them was undoubtful. At SanArt, I felt cared for holistically and in the long term. They are incredible at listening and explaining options and differences to someone without any medical knowledge. They take pride in their professional reputation and place it before quick time or monetary gains. My treatment with SanArt includes 4 refills, 2 minor fills, clear liners and two implants. I will go back in 4 months to finish everything. Everything was painless, as agreed upon and well explained. What a fantastic experience!!! It is hard to believe in such a short time,vertually three days the amount of work that Doctor Ismail has done on my teeth : 6 implants,5 extractions,numerous root fillings , provisional teeth and lots of other things aswell.The great thing about it was there was no pain, swelling or bruising.The studio was comfortable and immaculate.The assistants were kind,gentle and friendly. Even the accomadation and trasport was perfect.Another important thing is the very honest prices.
