A little outdated The tests were done quickly, the treatment helped

I was hesitant to go to the hospital as I’m not from Thailand but I had a really positive experience. I was seen to straight away by 2 nurses and straight after that the doctor saw me. The doctor was very thorough and listened to every thing I had to say and wrote it all down. The nurses and doctor were all very friendly and spoke English with no issues. I ended up having to stay for about 4 hours but was given my own private room and bed with pillow and blanket and water. If you’re hesitant to go like I was, I would say it’s so worth it, for the treatment, medication, and peace of mind. I’m very grateful they were all so helpful.... (Show more)

Came in with infected wounds, they didn’t clean it properly and gave me the wrong medicine which gave nerve damage. Also grossly overcharged medicines

Rude, unhelpful, dirty, and disorganized. Try Bangkok IH, or Thailand IH instead. Avoid this place and their unprofessional reception.

They are friendly and helpful BUT Only go here if you absolutely have to. The medicine is a bit of a scam - the prices are absolutely crazy. Just go to the pharmacy and get what you need there.

Amazing assistance from some very lovely people. Lovely nurses, staff and the doctor was incredible, diligent, thorough and so kind. We felt very looked after, and our young boy was very comfortable with everything. Explained fees, and helped explaining how to use insurance if we wish. Many thanks!

Very clean. Well organized. We were there with an ear infection. Doctor costs are 1200 bath without medication.

Great hospital! Friendly staff, everyone understands English, and they carry out examinations promptly. In an emergency situation, they helped me come to my senses. Many thanks to the doctors.

We were here because of problems with my wife's pregnancy. There are no doctors in the evening - only emergency help. I had to come the next day. The service is fast and relatively inexpensive compared to Bangkok international hospital and Thai international hospital, where we were charged 100,000 baht for 3-4 days. Here they charged 2500 for a consultation and ultrasound, they said that everything was fine and I just needed to rest. They accept payment by Visa. There are not many people - although the taxi driver said that it serves locals for free under local insurance policies and sometimes you have to wait in line. The staff is responsive and speaks English quite well - they know a couple of phrases in Russian.... (Show more)

Shameful hospital 👎 Reception not friendly at all, did not want to take into account the confirmation of the insurance for the support and talks to me about payment even before the consultation and without being able to give me an amount Do not compare with Bangkok hospital samui

They never provided any help, the deposit went up from 1000 to 2500 in five minutes, and the insurance company refused to issue an invoice for prepayment. No passport, no help, didn’t pay, we stayed here. I picked up my passport in a day, but there may be problems with the flight if there are days.

Super friendly and helpful, everyone understands English, quick and uncomplicated outpatient treatment of a wound, they were very generous with the medication for inflammation and pain... 😀 😃 …

Nice staff, but it takes 3 days for your passport to be returned, be careful if you fly away from the island the next day.

I applied for insurance. Tests + doctor consultation + medications = 7600 baht Overall, everything is fine. But now Russians' passports are being taken away as a guarantee of payment. After the appointment, the insurance company sends a confirmation and only after that the passport is given back. What if you don’t have a passport? Then leave the money. What if you don’t have money with you? Now this is a problem. Will they accept it? But this, of course, is just nonsense And the blood taken is extremely strange. When the tourniquet is clamped. Hey! Blood will not flow if you pass the vein around with a tourniquet, that’s what it exists for! Release the tourniquet after puncturing the vein! Everyone knows this! Why doesn't the nurse know this????... (Show more)

I went there urgently for 2 nails torn off during a bad fall. Big mistake ! The staff is not friendly and quite abrupt... The equipment is obsolete. We had to fight to get a painkiller and they finally sent us to Bangkok Samui Hospital (which I recommend +++) once they were able to charge what they could... The transfer was done... by taxi, directly at our expense... In summary, if you have to go there, only go there for mild problems like colds, etc...... (Show more)
