You enter the room where the ECG is performed together with patients coming for blood tests. There is confusion. The ECG room is cold and the patient has to undress.
Very professional approach to the patient, good contact, joint determination of possible treatment strategies. I especially recommend Dr. Kłosiński!
I do not recommend. At the beginning it was great, but every year there was only commercialism and money, nothing for the fund, only a fee, and the lady at the reception was rude

Hello everyone, For the first time in his life he publishes negative opinions. After consulting the lawyer, I decided that once the reception manager returns from the meeting, I will try to solve my case without using this forum. However, the opinions I have read over the last month have prompted me to address this topic publicly. The sample taken 4 months ago was lost. What should be the procedure in such a case? As you may have guessed, there is no such procedure in Salve. Today I showed up at the facility and received a reply that there was an error in the system. Then I found out that the sample was lost (4 months) after the fact. I will only add that I came from abroad especially because the situation is getting worse and requires an oncological consultation. The plane I was supposed to take back to work will leave tomorrow without me. The order I was about to start will not be completed. The costs will be enormous. I am asking the Salve medica team to provide an e-mail address for contact in the comment. I will try to talk to you without taking legal action. It's up to you (Salve) whether this case will go to court or not. Please do not use the word: SORRY in your correspondence. When paying for the examination, I expected reliable service, not a report in which you would apologize to me for something. In return, he expects a professional approach and compensation. - Download Point - The two ladies in the office are amazing, everything goes smoothly and without any problems in a nice atmosphere. I have thin veins in many places, they have a huge problem collecting blood for testing, often there are three or more attempts the first time. I recommend . What a joke!!! They set a two-week deadline for obtaining their medical history!!! And ZUS orders me to show up with the documentation within a few days - what the fuck am I supposed to bring to them! I got it at another clinic on the same day - I am treated by the same doctor. I have been their customer for several years and it's time to change that. Very disappointed and highly negative rating. They're doing too well, they're wealthy and people don't care...... Very clean, comfortable seats in the waiting room, friendly service, very clean bathroom, coffee machine. I recommend it
Yesterday, I had an appointment for a laboratory test via the PZU hotline. I received a text message confirming the test I had purchased in the package. The ladies at the registration desk on the ground floor of the building replied that they could not log in or did not have permission to access the PZU platform, so they referred me to the coordinator Monika Czarnecka. I was treated terribly by her. She immediately informed me that this test was not included in the package and I have to pay for them. I didn't expect such service from the coordinator. I suspect that she didn't even check in the system whether I should have the test done free of charge. However, she had time to use her private phone and look through photos. Mrs. Julia turned out to be helpful, she found password to the platform in the notebook and confirmed the registration. After that, Ms. Monika went to the back to get her notebook with passwords. Breast ultrasound for PLN 200, I don't know if it lasted even 5 minutes.
As a patient of Salve Medica, I had a good opinion of this facility. However, that has changed. Salve Medica always asks you to complete a survey after your visit. It used to be that it didn't matter whether it was a commercial visit or a National Health Fund visit. There was a survey every time. This has changed for some time: there is no longer a survey after visits to the National Health Fund, perhaps because the quality of visits to the National Health Fund has drastically decreased and Salve Medica does not want to ruin its average rating. Just congratulate the policy. The second issue is a real scandal when, after a visit with cytology, which costs over PLN 400, I find out after 4 weeks of waiting that I have to wait another 14 business days to send the result by e-mail, because Salve Medica responds to e-mails within this period. The service at the clinic was satisfactory. The doctor's appointment was delayed by about two hours.
Massacre. Lack of respect for the patient. Our appointment is at 7.30 p.m., our time strikes and the man from 6.30 p.m. enters the office and is an hour late... Cronyism among doctors! Lack of respect for the patient. A private visit at the lowest level. I do not recommend .
Yesterday, I booked an appointment via the "znanylekarz" website for this Saturday (March 16, 2024) to perform an exercise test. I made the reservation without any problems. Today I received a direct e-mail from salvemedica asking me to confirm my attendance. On the same day (6:51 p.m.) I receive a call from salvemedik that my appointment is canceled because tests by this doctor are not performed on Saturdays and that it is an error on the part of the "znanylekarz" portal for which they are not responsible. I'm sorry, who answers me? When I pointed out to the lady that they were responsible for the consistent flow of information, she laughed and disconnected the call. I have never experienced such customer service. Please educate your staff on manners and service quality!... (Show more)
Very expensive. Average doctors will not harm or help. They will write down the drugs from the list and after the topic - the next one. Quite efficient reception.
Today, while browsing the Internet for cataract surgery options, I came across an advertisement with a telephone number for Salve. I called many times with no effect. I called the general telephone number at Szparagowa. The lady on the hotline couldn't say anything about it She told me to call the hospital's landline number. Nobody answered. I returned to the hotline three times. Three different consultants, 3 different phones and so on for 40 minutes. I didn't find out anything, apparently only the hospital would give me information. In the last two weeks I have been to Salve Medica twice, two visits to the ophthalmologist and a mammogram, the doctor and the technician performing the examination are worth recommending, comprehensive answers to questions regarding ophthalmological visits, pleasant atmosphere, great approach to the child. The only minus was the lady at the reception desk during the computed tomography scan - rude, not only towards me, even my daughter pointed out that you were not very nice, and towards the elderly person in front of us, you were also very rude and gave the results without explanation. I rate the visits themselves very highly, and the lady at the main registration desk is also helpful and friendly.... (Show more)
I have been using the services for years, but today's visit... leaves much to be desired. Complete chaos. Ladies at the registration desk answer out of compulsion. A visit to a gynecologist with an ultrasound, the estimated time is 5 minutes. The gynecologist did not provide any information at all and, to be honest, I was waiting for any guidelines. She treated me like a customer at the supermarket checkout. I wonder if I will ever go back there.... (Show more)
A visit with the child to Dr. Magdalena Łapienis - laryngologist. I heartily recommend it. The doctor has, above all, great knowledge, but also an approach to the child.
