After 4 years of regularly using the salon's services, today I was treated shockingly disrespectfully and cynically. The Hybrid Manicure treatment was performed and the varnish used for the treatment turned out to be too thick (?), perhaps old, causing the coating to wrinkle even before the top coat was applied. Such an event occurred for the second time in the history of my use of the salon's services, so I immediately brought it to the attention of the lady performing the treatment. Unfortunately, it turns out that in such a situation, the customer has to pay extra (!) to change the color to another one (because there was no stock of the same color). Although the customer should not be responsible for the need to change the color, but the salon, which is obliged to regularly ensure the freshness of the products. And it's not even about the fact that the paint is outdated, because such situations can happen even to the best of us, but the way I was treated by the employees is shocking to me. The receptionist was very dismissive and showed a particular lack of willingness to confront my version of events with the version presented by the person performing the procedure. At the end, the entire exchange of opinions was summarized by the lady from the reception, saying that if I don't like it, I can always change the facility to another one... This situation shows that the salon is so popular that any customer who has any comments is treated favorably. My requests to contact the Manager and my request for a meeting and a direct conversation to clarify the matter were in vain. Well, it turns out that the salon has already made money on me. This used to be my favorite hair removal salon, but after today it is no longer the case. Brazilian bikini. The lady didn't wax my buttocks properly, I asked her to come back - I was informed that it was no longer a Brazilian bikini and that I had to pay extra. I don't know, I don't know, but it was the first time in this salon that I had to pay extra to complete the service. The service lasted strangely shorter than usual. I returned home and it turned out that not only the buttocks had been missed, but also hair in various other places. I'm not talking about the short hairs that the wax didn't catch, I'm talking about tufts of long hair left here and there. The lady was very nice, the depilation was efficient, but unfortunately there were a lot of individual hairs left because the salon doesn't use tweezers and it's impossible to pull out the hairs if the wax didn't catch them, it's the first time in my life that I've encountered such a situation, after paying about PLN 140 I'll be there she had to pluck out the remaining hairs at home (which are long enough to be easily pulled out with tweezers) EDIT: While at the salon, I asked about the hairs and was told that it was not possible to use tweezers and they had to be left since the wax didn't catch them, so the salon's answer suggesting that I can come back and it will be corrected is untrue... I didn't use the company's services, but I went in to ask for help in getting some moisturizing cream for my face because the skin on my forehead was peeling and I had just gone to the hairdresser and I was embarrassed to go in such a condition.
