Always have had lovely experience at this spa so I’m surprised to see negative reviews. The pressure is not for the faint hearted but they’ve always listened when I ask to lighten it a bit. Very clean place with friendly staff and really reasonable prices.

Had such a lovely massage here. I opted for the Relaxing Massage and it was great. The pressure wasn't too hard or too soft (I don't like a really hard massage). The therapist was friendly and very good at her job. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back again for a massage... (Show more)

My favorite in the area so far! The staff is friendly and truly good at massages. My back was full of knots and muscle aches and after going there I felt just fine. It’s a fair price in my opinion but not cheap either as it’s more high end. Tea and biscuits at the end

After months of happy results from massages here, I had to take a break because psoriasis reappeared on my legs, arms and feet. When I was a bit better, I returned and made it very clear that I did not want to discuss my condition but despite this, I suffered from the stress of having to tell the masseurs each time (on three occasions), making each a terrible experience. I requested a refund for the rest of the sessions I pre-paid and am still waiting over a month for the refund. This is UNACCEPTABLE, a disgraceful way to run a business. Refund me now as you have written. Be decent. No more excuses.... (Show more)

Dear Antony, Thank you for bringing this our attention. We understand how important it is to maintain a warm and friendly environment, and apologize if this has impact your experience at the spa. Following a reviewing the situation, we understand that the issue may have arisen from the recommendation by the receptionist to book the service online, as your previous appointment was cancelled with no notice. Please rest assured that we are taking your concerns seriously and are taking steps to improve how these policies may be better communicated in the future. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to contact us at mailto:relax@sabaileela.com. Warm regards, Amie Sommung Director Sabai Leela Health Spa

Absolute best massage. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

Massages are really too strong and deep my shoulders are still hurting after a unrequested too energetic massage. Also, there is little to no use of disposable items, so when you walk after the massage you may fall for the oil on your feet which the personnel don't help clean away.

I have been going to Sabai Leela for 7 years, the rooms are clean, and the masseuse helped me get over jet leg and Lower back pain.

I am a regular at Sabai Leela to see their resident Osteopath Peter. I'm a professional boxer and a personal trainer so I'm training myself and others 7 days a week- needless to say I've got a whole host of muscular and postural issues that cause me pain. Peter is great- I've had a lot of massages and seen other osteopaths in my time but the osteopathic massage he delivers has produced the best results. He talks to me about what's causing me the most problems and what my training load is like- he understands that 'rest' isn't really an option so tailors the massage and the postural work to help me perform at my best. The steam and sauna are also great to finish with so I can carry on stretching after the massage and leave feeling 100% loose and supple. Great prices too for what is on offer- would recommend Peter to any other athletes or serious sportsman who are suffering from tightness and injuries.... (Show more)

I have a permanent 'injury' due to a massage at Sabai Leela. Massage really should be regulated, and I would advise all to steer clear and go to a professionally trained sports therapist instead. I used to be a regular at Sabai Leela for both beauty treatments (with the wonderful Lauren - no complaints there) and massages (with Eve and some of the others). However, one day, Eve pressed so incredibly hard behind my knee that I had a cold numb foot that turned to 'drop foot' within minutes of the massage finishing. This drop foot did not improve and so had to be investigated by the doctors who sent me for nerve conduction studies (all at great expense to me), and it was determined that this massage had caused permanent damage to my peroneal nerve. This is shocking both to me and to the doctors who heard how it happened. This has subsequently been a constant weakness for years now, and is causing me ongoing issues. I am writing this review to try and save others from having such a regretful experience as I did. I am a very sporty person, and to have such an unnecessary injury inflicted on me is unfair and wrong. Please avoid having massages at this place - the risk is simply not worth it.... (Show more)

This is my favourite spa center. They have great promotions especially if you are there between 12 and 16 because they have 10% discount on all Beauty and Massage treatments. Great place with great services.
