Actions that actually don't need to be done because the patient doesn't agree to them. Finally it was stopped but what was unfortunate was that the nurse had taken one action that was in vain because it was definitely not going to continue. Patients and their families never receive information about the purpose of this action - There is a lot of joking around which makes the atmosphere in the emergency room not conducive, even though there are many patients who need rest. Including the attending doctor and intern doctor who joined in the joke. The nurses also seemed to be screaming and it seemed as if the emergency room was empty - the act of joking and sleeping at the work desk is what I don't really understand, whether they are really tired from their work or whether there really isn't a strict IGD SOP from management - the nurses may have to train again because when carrying out the procedure, the patient is in unreasonable pain (because usually it is not very painful) - Finally, when the doctor decided to stop, then we were left without any information about being allowed to go home, pay and take the medicine. As for the facilities and comfort, it's good... but please improve the inhealth insurance section... especially the introduction to radiology... it's too complicated.
