Awful experience, the young dr who dr rami left me with destroyed the roots of 2 of my teeth and then went to convince me I was delusional and the pain was just in my head, and I had to go to another clinic to fix both roots, terrible experience not recommended

Honestly, it was an excellent experience for me. Dr. Rami is really professional and very skilled. I did not feel any pain while under his hand. I want to say that I reside in Austria, but I decided to come to Egypt, especially to Dr. Rami specifically, because he is truly the best dentist in the world. The clinic is very clean and tidy. There is soothing music to relax the nerves. I also want to add that Dr. Rami has a very excellent team of workers who work at your comfort. It is truly a wonderful system. Best dentist ever, good hospitality and well planned treatment plan in such no time, superb service, very professional in handling cases, emergency appointments are very quickly, the atmosphere in the clinic at its best, lovely and sedative played music.

It is truly my own loss. It is impossible for this to be a dental clinic. The doctor is not qualified to fill a root canal and break instruments inside the nerve canals. He is unable to clean the canals, and he suffers in vain and disdain for the work. The place looks nice, but the entire staff is very depressing and sad, the reception is not good, the time is not organized, there is no manager for the clinic to organize the whole place, and the absence of Dr. Rami causes complete disorganization in the clinic, and the prices are very expensive. Real bad experience. This is the second time I go to the clinic, but in reality, this place is not suitable for receiving any patient. From the first reception, it is like asphalt and the place smells like food, and in the reception, no one understands at all. In fact, I was hoping that this time would be better, but unfortunately. Immaculate clinic, very high quality infection control and everyone were professional and polite, Dr Ramy was not just an excellent doctor but an amazing person who cared so much and went far and beyond to make sure that we were in good hands and taken care of.

Highly recommended. The doctor is an expert & Very Professional. The Clinic is very Clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. Thank you doctor Ramy for this superb service.
