hospitals whose emergency calls are unreliable
It's really the best 👍 …
Services need to be improved, in terms of punctuality of doctors, admin, nurses who take care of payments, etc. So that work is more professional. The service is very, very slow and like our lives have no price here, most of them waste time with the nurses every time they ask for anything
car parking place very congested
The current hospital is pretty good, the cafe is decent My doctor...Dr Yoelita sp.PD, she practices at Columbia Hospital Coincidentally...I took my sick sister to the hospital here Not bad... of course because my doctor practices here too... I'm happy because Dr Yoelita's practice is near my sister's house... always healthy, OK?... (Show more)
I recently went back for treatment to Dr. Yoelita internist, she is very active and kind...willing to call patients herself, so I don't have to queue for long...very communicative and willing to ask questions...I'm happy to be really paid attention to...just There aren't enough nurses in the afternoon, and it takes a long time to get the medicine. Good luck, Doc Yoel.... Wherever the doctor practices, I am a loyal patient... I will definitely follow the doctor.... (Show more)
Very satisfied with the service at Royal Progress Hospital, the nurses and doctors are friendly and polite. Thank you Dr. Andrew Putranagara, Sp.OG
Can't be relied on! My child has recovered but was forced to stay for days so the bill would be bigger. Invoices are not processed for hours and have to be forced to get out! Very disappointing!
Hospitals are incompetent from doctors to super serious officers. Lives are definitely lost
Good, there is a sofa in the waiting room 👍 …
Sorry, I give one star to employees a/n ALIA (don't like playing with other people's work)
In outpatient clinics, especially eye clinics, please provide a speaker/loudspeaker so that the antrain call can be heard by the patient.
Beware of additional expenses
DZHOLIM HOSPITAL!
It's slow, drinking water isn't even given if you don't ask for it. Nurses are very slow, don't have the spirit to serve. Wanted to leave the hospital from morning until 14:30 there was no clear reason why on the same day there were 4 patients who went home. Is there no SOP? Very, very serious. It seems like coming out of this instead of being cured is hypertension.... (Show more)
Very friendly service 🙏 …
I just want to complain about the service of the staff, especially the HR staff at Royal Progress Hospital, during the interview process my friend and I felt unappreciated because HR from the start of asking questions until the end was just playing on their cell phone, not focused, just giving a few unclear questions briefly, then he asked several times, not paying attention, just busy playing on his cellphone, then snapped. I understand that if it is not accepted, HR will give gestures that are not interested but are still polite and ethical and still respect the person they are talking to, some even pretend to smile and be friendly. But HR here really shows his displeasure, either because he's in a bad mood, or because he's rushed for time, but can he be more professional at work? Because the image of a hospital is also reflected by the good work of its staff, especially HR, right? Please correct the attitude again. Because many HR staff are more senior than their HR staff, but can still be polite, keep being humble. Thank You.... (Show more)
When I first entered, the service was good, overall it was good, I only had one illness, I was looking for other cases of illness, even though my condition had healed, but I was being held back from leaving, making it difficult, so that the invoice would increase, and for example if I wanted to leave because of my own policy, it wasn't covered by BPJS. This is called torture under the guise of care. The pain problem is over, I'm looking for other illnesses that can actually be treated on an outpatient basis.... (Show more)
Please for the hospital in the BPJS registration queue number, the additional time in the queue number can be up to 4 hours, it takes more than a day to queue at the hospital without queuing to see a doctor, thank you
Service is fast and friendly
