Very good nursing service and restaurant 10/10
Since midnight last night I have been in the clinic for abdominal pain, at night they only took blood... in the morning they did an ultrasound/confirmed appendicitis. They gave me an IV at 11 and it's still dripping at 7:30 p.m.... they don't know when the surgeon will be there. I haven't eaten all day (a bun with butter for breakfast) and we'll starve to death before the surgeon arrives!... (Show more)
Sympathy is conspicuous by its absence, today, 02/05/2024, by chance, the lady at counter 7 touches me again in the analysis section with an antipathy like the first time when she was not able to explain to me how the analyzes should be done, and that is an insurance that is paid privately; He could save me the trip since I live 45 minutes from the clinic if he had explained things better to me without such a bad attitude on his part.... I needed an appointment for a renal ultrasound requested by Dr. Mus with whom I have an appointment on July 12. I called to make an appointment this morning, after several attempts I managed to speak with them (previously I had left my phone number since I couldn't get them to attend to me) the person who answers me tells me that he has an appointment for tomorrow at 9'30 and if not it has to be for next year now. I am stunned. I tell her to leave it because I can't do it tomorrow and I need it for July. Well, they just called me and there are a lot of appointments available, in fact they gave me June 24 and I could choose a time without a problem. I think the first person who helped me either wasn't at work or wasn't having a good Monday. A shame!!!... (Show more)
Today my husband was having surgery and they asked us to be at the clinic at 8 to check in. It is 12:30 and we are still in the waiting room, with no news about when we will be given a room or the time of the operation, which apparently depends on when the doctor decides on the spot... meanwhile, as it seems There are no rooms available, we have been here for 4 and a half hours in seats harder than a rock at reception…. What a lack of organization, scheduling an admission for an intervention (non-ambulatory) on a specific day, not having rooms... yes, the reception staff is very smiling. Thank goodness it's a private clinic...... (Show more)
Great treatment and magnificent facilities! We had our two little ones and the healthcare staff, the pre-partum, delivery and post-partum facilities are perfect. Tranquility, kindness and professional in every way. Midwives, gynecology and nursing, everything perfect, a pleasure. Many thanks for everything!... (Show more)
It is impossible to contact the doctor who treats me by phone for an appointment or by the app, except for internal medicine. Furthermore, on the day of the consultation he wanted to measure my temperature and could not since the thermometer did not have batteries and this is not the first time that this has happened. Since I have been going to these consultations, the only thing that has been saved is the attention of the doctor who treats me, which is unique!!!!... (Show more)
The telephone service to request a medical appointment is disastrous. I am trying to contact them by phone throughout the day and there is no way to contact them. The same thing happens at the Palma Planas clinic.
Absolutely fantastic service from a very professional team. For Dr Enrique Villar and across the whole team of admission, Triage, nursing care, and domestics I have nothing but thanks and praise. Everyone was very caring and understanding of my needs. This was the first time I had ever been hospitalised abroad, and understandably I was nervous. I shouldn’t have been. The care I was shown was exceptional, I could not fault anyone who I interacted with during my 6 days at the hospital. From the bottom of my heart thank you all so much. Regards Stephen Pepper Scotland... (Show more)
Very happy with everything and with the speed they do everything and they serve you very quickly. Thank you all
Dr. Bárbara Manga, a great professional.
Dr. Alfredo Mus is an excellent professional, he has always treated me wonderfully and I completely trust him.
Everything is very good, excellent service 👍 …
The treatment of the 2 nurses who treated my wounds was extraordinary. They showed a friendliness and humane treatment that filled me with so much happiness. Thank you so much
The more time passes, the worse the service they give because the overcrowding is greater.
Lack of professional staff Unpleasant clinic and staff with little desire to work. I have been at this clinic for 10 years and since they changed owners it is a horror, rude staff and 2 hour waits for an appointment. I RECOMMEND that no one go to this clinic or waste their money with these terrible insurance policies.... (Show more)
Totally agree with what other clients have already commented. It seems very shameless to me that they have the lack of DECENCE to charge an admitted patient €6 to watch channels like Antena 3 or Cuatro or Tele 5, which in Spain are FREE, if they charged for Neflix or Disney, then okay, but having The lack of decency of charging for channels that ARE FREE means being VERY SHAMELESS and Creepy.... Good morning, the consultation was for my daughter. I knew I was right to go to that doctor and the clinic because I looked at several options and I knew I wasn't wrong. I would recommend it without hesitation, just seeing it gives you confidence and empathy. Thank you Doctor Olabe.
I was waiting in the emergency room for about 2 hours for a very painful impingement and I left without being attended to. I just wanted to get some kind of painkiller so I could go to work. Already in triage I found the way of serving quite heartless. Obviously we're in for fireworks, but a little sympathy never hurts. A man who put on a "little act" passed by immediately and had arrived almost an hour after me and frankly I don't know his illness but he didn't look very bad. People generally complained about the wait. Although I can't say that they were rude, the 2 times I asked for information about it it seemed like it bothered them and they barely gave me information "yes, I don't know. Well, that's what it is....." Finally I told them that I was leaving my shift and they didn't even say a word. I went to my social security pack and in 30 minutes I was attended to. I have been with Maphre (formerly Imeco) for more than 35 years. I currently pay about 65 euros per month, but if this continues I'm afraid I will do without insurance. I can understand that a serious emergency is attended to before my shift, there would be more to go, but it gives the impression that apart from a lack of personnel there is poor organization. Maybe a nurse or practitioner, I don't know, but 2 hours and leaving without being attended to, something is not going well.... (Show more)
I think that the director of this hospital is a SCAM, and should RESIGN, as well as everyone who has a vote to make decisions, it is not that it is only a paying hospital, that any insurance charges you a fortune, to be able to go to it. , but once you enter, being sick, they charge you €6 per day, to be able to watch TV, channels like Primera, Segunda, Antena 3, Tele 5 etc etc, which are free channels throughout SPAIN, ( there are people who are hospitalized for months), the very SHAMELESS, want to get rich at the expense of SICK people, the SICK people need to be able to be a little entertained, to be able to be calmer and recover sooner, and YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR ILLNESS, you should be SHAMED, with sick patients DO NOT PLAY. AND THOSE IN "PATIENT CARE", IT IS BEING ON THE SIDE OF THE PATIENT, NOT THE HOSPITAL AND ITS EMPLOYEES, something you don't do, not everything is spending 2 minutes a day, smiling and that's it, it should make you a little ashamed....
