Very profesional. Exellent quality of service. Very friendly staff. Highly recomend to anyone who is looking for dental work or just for a clean and polish.

I had true phobia of dentistry after a traumatic experience approximately 40 years ago where I was literally "butchered". I then registered with a dentist 26years ago and it just didn't work out for me the anxiety and stress was overwhelming so I just didn't visit. Last year I broke a tooth and I experienced toothache for the first time so I had no option but to find a dentist. Asking for recommendations and researching on social media Riveredge popped up a few times so I decided to go there. Turns out I needed a complex root canal, I was terrified, shaking and crying alongside fear induced vomiting. I now have to admit this was all needless because my dentist and his assistant were absolutely amazing, they were understanding, empathetic, friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt at ease. They took their time with my procedure and explained every step clearly to me. On my consultation two promises were made to me by Harry : 1) the procedure would be completely painless 2) they would win me over Both promises were kept! Both Harry and his assistant Rhianne are an absolute credit to Riveredge and I actually quite like going to the dentist now. (can't really get my head around that). I’ve been with Riveredge for well over 20 years and they’ve always been excellent. With this dental practice you get what you pay for. If there were 6 stars to award I’d give it to them. Well done Ken and the team - outstanding service and the best treatment.

The level of care at Riveredge has always been second to none, I’ve visited Ken my whole life and at 28 I would not go anywhere else. A huge attention to detail and never leave dissatisfied - can’t thank Ken and the girls enough for looking after my teeth to such a high standard.

Simply wouldn't go anywhere else, and haven't done for over 30 years. Yes, you have to pay, but you do indeed get what you pay for (as a previous reviewer has mentioned), though I have to add, that neither myself nor any member of my family has ever feel pressured to have work done which isn't absolutely necessary. Two years ago my NHS dentist told me that there was nothing he could do with my aging, broken crown, I went to see Ken for a second opinion. I’m so glad I did. My teeth are now strong and healthy, including the one that was deemed beyond repair, and my dental health has never felt or looked better. Never thought I'd say this in a million years but I actually enjoy going to the dentists since I started going to River Edge. Ken is an amazing dentist plus he always manages to put me at ease whilst providing top quality entertainment. The girls are absolutely lovely too, worth every penny.

After a nasty fall whilst walking my dog, I had managed to shear the veneer from one of my front teeth, and chipped about 40% off of the other. I called into Riveredge on the off chance they could help. Twenty minutes later, Richard had done an amazing temporary fix. No body could believe the pictures. A further two hour session, and Richard has totally repaired both teeth. It's truly unbelievable, the quality of the work, the craftsmanship, the level of detail is incredible. Dr Ken Harris is a thorough and meticulous dentist. I trust his work 100% . He has rectified several NHS dentistry errors for me. During Covid lockdown when my son had severe toothache and our NHS dentist was only offering emergency extractions he saved the tooth concerned. One of my daughters living abroad won’t be seen by any other dentist. Hannah the hygienist is superb. The dental assistants are professional and thorough.
