The doctor liked it, he made a diagnosis on Zamarstinivska Street. During the diagnosis, it was reported that your doctor resigned, the daughter agreed to another doctor. The new doctor said to remove the figure eight from the top left. On 02.11.2023, doctor Nazarii removed Dasha's eight on Zamarstinivska Street, did not prescribe anything, neither rinsing nor repeated reception, which is strange, since the tooth was difficult, it has not yet come out, they paid 9700 hryvnias... We ourselves asked my dentist what to do, bought "Afida", "Perio Aid" rinse. Over time, the swelling did not go down, on the contrary, it became bigger, one eye became bigger than the other, there was a temperature, a constant headache... Dasha is a student, and I can't travel 1000 km away and solve issues with irresponsible doctors... Vlna barely agreed on an appointment on 11/20/2023. Nazariy took her this time already on Zelena, said that there was inflammation, pus, wrote a prescription for a 5-day course of antibiotics, Nemesyl, salt baths. By the way, the stamp on the recipe is "Andriy Yuryovych, Stryyska, 45". On the third day of this treatment, Dasha's condition worsened, she could not even bend her head. She went to another clinic for an appointment with a surgeon, an ENT, took pictures...and was urgently hospitalized. She is in the hospital with an infection, yesterday they did a puncture, a bowl of pus, put on a dropper with antibiotics, this morning again a dropper, 2 injections... we are afraid of the consequences of such removal. I put "3" because after the review, the managers of the clinic contacted me, talked to my daughter's doctor in the hospital, visited Dasha herself, and helped with the treatment. Unfortunately, I was careless to get to this clinic, hoping that they would help me. It all started with a toothache that did not allow me to sleep peacefully, I made an appointment at the clinic, the girl who made the appointment was very friendly, went to the appointment, found time for the visit very quickly, with the words "I am registering you as a patient with acute pain, the doctor will do everything as soon as possible a visit to relieve the pain" I came to the clinic, the doctor listened to the pain and symptoms, and then the "most interesting" began - a photo session of my teeth, which took 20 minutes. After that, they took me to a CT scan, and I agreed to everything, if only the pain would stop. And so after the CT scan, I still had hope that I would be treated. The doctor gave a lecture that it is necessary to treat and ideally put braces. And that, before treating a very painful tooth, professional hygiene should be done. And since no one will treat me on the day of the appointment, I have to make an appointment for another time. She also assured me that during the treatment the tooth will crumble and a crown will definitely have to be installed. Well, of course, she drew the treatment of one tooth, the previous one, without a crown for UAH 12,000. luckily, after that, I got to a normal clinic, where they treated the tooth in one session for 3 times cheaper, and miraculously, it did not crumble, and the doctor perfectly understood that after the acute pain is relieved, we can talk about the further treatment plan. Now there will definitely be a comment about complex treatment and something like that. But any clinic should have a client-oriented approach. If a client comes with a request to relieve pain, then there is no need for a photo session for the teeth, and stories about the procedures that must be done before treating what hurts.
