Just a good experience. I have been through both admissions and doctor visits. There is always a professional attitude everywhere. The hospital is big and there are many patients. If you come to the reception yourself, then you should expect that patients from all over Latvia will always be brought before you, who are in a serious condition and they will have a higher priority. Through admission, you have to expect that you can spend more than 6 hours there, so if you plan to drive to admission, it is better to call an ambulance. If you go to see a doctor, there is a large reception department with rooms. Everything is very well organized. Take the documents and the referral with you and everything goes smoothly, but you must arrive at least 20 minutes before the visit, so that there is no rush or delay, because the hospital is large. There is a free parking lot outside where you can park your car for at least an hour for free. When going to any of the hospitals, you should remember that doctors work long hours and make difficult decisions. If you expect the doctor to be relaxed and want to take care of you like in a spa, then the chances are small. Treat yourself with dignity and you will be treated with dignity.... (Show more)
I would like to write a review of the “doctor” IRĪSA TEREŠKO. ALLERGOLOGIST.... IRĪSA TEREŠKO..such doctors should be deprived of their diplomas and sent to clean the snow. Circumstances developed, and unfortunately I had to deal with this “specialist” who took samples from me on my first visit and stuck special patches on me. After 48 hours, I was scheduled for a second visit, where Īrisa Tereško could not give an exact answer to what I needed to do, what to drink, what to smear, in order to somehow alleviate my condition, to the question about a certain drug (I found it myself - I am a honey .sister) said that I, of course, could try to use it, but it was not a fact that it would help me and constantly insisted that I needed to make an appointment with my family doctor again, to any question asked to this “specialist” the answer was the same - sign up for a family appointment! It's very difficult to find something, the scary labyrinths, without the help of other staff, you can lose your mind.

Amazingly forthcoming and caring service every single time. All the staff is friendly and eager to help. I truly believe that any negative feedback partially has to do with who's leaving it.
My father in law is still here in intensive care. I have nothing but good things to say about the nurses and doctors working here. He's been here for two weeks now, so it's not a rash judgment. Update: after three months of intense fight for his life, my father in law lost the battle. I still stand by what I said, these people did everything humanly possible to cure him and ease his pain. I wish they worked in my city and that my family and I have people like these in our time of need.... (Show more)
Very poor customer service at reception emergency!!! Reception staff very impolite and rude. Raised tones in speech. Can't answer basic questions! In the reception department, the employee refused to give her first and last name. There was no name tag on the uniform!
Do you want them to hit you with cabbage soup and shit, then welcome here, the attitude is not caring, as if you are the last piece of ***** and they also give up their hands, the only ones who are normal are those who pass the practice and a couple of doctors and nurses whom you can count on your fingers one hand is normal. They don’t treat but pierce, I wish everyone not to end up there, but if they did, then they would get adequate ones who are still there. I can’t say what I liked here, it’s still a hospital and not a tiator! I arrived with a problem at night and what can I say, excellent young doctors found the problem in 3 hours, thank you very much for the excellent treatment of patients and also thank you to the nurses for their care! In general, everything works very well!

A big break for Christmas and the new year. There are only doctors on duty, no one operates and the tests were only done by the ambulance in the car... I don't want anyone to end up there around the holidays, because it looks like they are taking a break from saving and treating people at that time... They put everyone in one room, connect them to the system and waiting for the holiday to end to do something... it's hard to call the doctors to find out something..... (Show more)
On January 15, 2024, she was admitted to the TPSC hospital, ward 4. I was admitted again (the first time was at the end of September 2023). I would like to thank all the employees of department 4 for their sensitive attitude towards patients and their professionalism. Many thanks to Dr. I. Morozovoj (the only doctor who diagnosed me and prescribed treatment, after which I began to recover). A doctor from God) Thanks to resident D. Garaste, always with a smile and in a good mood. Low bow to all employees of department 4. A huge thank you to the hospital kitchen, different dishes every day, and very tasty. The portions are large, it’s not even possible to eat everything. What a mess!!! They even do not let you in during night hours to check if your family member is still alive after emergency! No phones! No reception! NOTHING! This is unseen!!!
Great attitude and service. He was taken by ambulance, was immediately admitted, all the tests were done, and soon he ended up in the department in the ward. A few hours later the operation was performed. The attitude towards the patient is excellent; the way you treat them, they will treat you the same way. Huge thanks to all the staff! Healthcare is the most controversial area, while some people are happy with an outcome, some remain miserable and angry. I was blessed to meet an extraordinary traumatoligist who broke all rules - Dr. Alpe, the most caring, skillful, attentive etc. He is best of the best representative of his ptofession . Thank you Doc.
Nice hospital
It's early morning, 3.50 AM I lost my baby here .My bay was in 6 months, and everything was normal. It's only a lower belly pain and gas issue . Pain was completely gone after 24 hours. After 24 hours, my wife called me and told me I am feeling pain again and again with a 5-minute delay. And at 3.50 AM I listened we lost our baby 😢 Even the doctors don't inform me. I am the father of the baby , and I have the right to know each and every thing. Doctors took the 13 ultrasound in 2 days, and they are not able to access the main issue of this pain . All doctors were done ultrasound,blood, and urine tests separately. But they are not able to know what we should do for treatment. At night, there is no way to enter the hospital . Today, I am very helpless. Even I can't meet my wife. I can't see her condition. I can't go to her 😢....... When I enter in Gynecologist ward at 8 floor There was not any doctor near my wife. She left her alone and went somewhere else. My wife is crying 😢 for help. 3 old ladies in uniform seated near the door but don't call the doctor. When I ask about the doctor ,then after 20 minutes, she comes and starts arguing with me . Even there is no one in the main reception in the gynecologist section . What is this ........ I never ever heard or seen this neglegency. I am also a medical technologist. I never ever saw this condition in any hospital. This is not a hospital. It's a death cell. Not professional doctors and other staff ,they are killer . Even they don't give us our documents or medical history. How can they take our medical treatment history ?... (Show more)
I spent three days in the Gailezers hospital, where I was operated on for appendicitis. I am pleased to provide feedback on my positive experience. First of all, I would like to commend the efficient organization - before the operation, all the necessary analysis examinations were performed quickly without long waiting. The attitude of the hospital staff was supportive, responsive and attentive throughout the stay. It really helped to feel safe and cared for. The room conditions were exceptionally good - the room equipment was clean and new (as in the movies), which made the stay even more pleasant. At this moment, I especially want to express my gratitude to all hospital staff who ensured that my stay was as trouble-free and professionally organized as possible.
