Malik has really helped with my sciatica it is so nice to be free of pain now, a really caring person and everything explained to me during my treatments

Over the last 4 weeks, Malik has been helping to reduce my pain from lymphodema. He is polite, professional and nothing is too trouble. The atmosphere he has created is calming and relaxing, and it makes you feel so chilled afterwards.

I couldn’t recommend Malik at Retford Acupuncture more. He made me feel very relaxed from day one and took the time to listen! I have suffered with arthritis and swelling in both my knees for years and got nowhere using traditional medicine. My swelling has greatly reduced and the pain , which was constant and excruciating has been massively reduced. I am now able to sleep at night and my mobility has improved. Having a course to help with Nuropathy in my Feet that is causing rather strange tingling/burning sensation bilaterally in both fert and lower Legs My initial experience before we started the actual Treatment was excellent. I would highly recommend acupuncture with Malik. It has helped with my lower back pain, severe leg issues, neck and wrist pain. I have found it relieves the pain as soon as the needles are inserted and the relief is amazing. The room is so comfortable and relaxing and the whole experience is fabulous.
