My examination was for 8:00, I was at the clinic at 7:50. There were 3 employees at the counter, only one of whom was accepting patients. 12 people gathered, and only then did they decide that the other employees would also work! Everyone is at work!

Great professionals work in the clinic, but booking an appointment is impossible!! Today we have been calling them all day, the phone is free and no one bothers to pick up, and immediately after that it says busy. Playfulness by the reception + their arrogant attitude spoils the image of the clinic.

My mom was scheduled for surgery. No one deigned to call what time the operation was, but the connection was made by phone it's with the eye clinic impossible. It's a pity that you can't write a comment without marking a single star.

At an appointment three weeks ago, 40 minutes before the appointment, we got a call saying they couldn't see us. It is true that we were offered a class the next day in the morning, but it was not by chance that we chose an evening class. And there is an evening one in a month?!

Extremely frivolous and irresponsible attitude. An appointment for a child that was booked a long time ago is postponed because the doctor is sick, with no possibility of being included when she returns to work! The alternative is to make an appointment for a month from now, when the referral will not be valid. Thanks to Dr. Tanya Koleva! An exceptional professional! He examined my daughter very carefully and explained everything in a language she could understand. She recommended daily eye practices and was kind.

Very bad organization with the reserved hours. They are not respected. Newcomers without hours enter, instead of those with reserved hours.

It is impossible to make an appointment! The phones say either busy or free and no one picks up.

First, on certain days, they are examined by the health department, they said, we had an appointment with my child, who is 1 year old, and we paid for the examination, even though we had a referral from a personal doctor. We encountered such a rude attitude from Dr. Pascaleva that we are amazed. In his effort to examine him, he pulled the child's eyelid without any approach. In 3 days I called more than 100 times

I called and asked if they speak English. Wanted to book an appointment with a doctor. They hung up immediately. Worst service ever.

Extremely arrogant and rude attitude on the part of Dr. Maria Kapurdova. Didn't help my problem, just took my money. She was even too lazy to write a new outpatient list and simply copied the text from a previous visit. Stay away!

They do not respond to the announced telephone numbers, nor by e-mail, nor through the contact form - complete indifference to patients operated on by them, directed to make an appointment VIA THE PHONE! There are no socks for visitors in the clinic. From the street, you find yourself in front of the registry office, to the left of which is the operating room, and to the right - the hospital rooms.

We are extremely satisfied with Dr. Miloshova, but.....All summer I have been trying to keep an appointment and no one picks up the phone, I want to move the appointment, again no one picks up the phone. Since I have a large diopter, I decided to have my eyes corrected and I researched that Resbiomed makes Smile. In February, I called them and without any questions they scheduled an examination, which costs BGN 200. During the examination, they remembered to ask me when I gave birth and to inform me that eye correction cannot be done 9 months after giving birth. Thus, the examination for 200 BGN turned out to be pointless. As we agreed, I call in July for a follow-up one, and they schedule a day and time for a re-examination (since it has been a long time) and on the spot it turns out that their equipment is not working... It's clean and new inside, but they use outdated dilation drops. My pupils have been dilated for more than a day (and it's very uncomfortable), given that there are drops that only work for a few hours.

New eye clinic on "Aldomirovtsi" street in Sofia. It has modern equipment for ophthalmological examinations and treatment. There are many good specialists. There is free admission, as well as NHIF. Advance registration is required. I have used the services of the clinic. I am satisfied
