Dr Noor Hanif Said
Dr Noor Hanif Said is a consultant dermatologist with more than 15 years of medical experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He subsequently embarked on specialist training in Internal Medicine and obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom. Following this, Dr Hanif completed his Advanced Specialist Training in Dermatology at the National Skin Centre, Singapore. He is an accredited specialist with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and was conferred as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Dermatology), Singapore. In addition to practising as a dermatologist at the National Skin Centre, Dr Hanif was a visiting consultant with the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) Dermatology Service. Apart from his expertise in the management of general dermatological problems such as eczema, psoriasis, hair loss and acne, he has special interests in pigmentary disorders and aesthetic dermatology. Dr Hanif is active in research, having published in both local and international medical journals. He has presented academic papers at numerous scientific meetings and seminars. In 2011, he received the prestigious Best Poster Award (Clinical Research) during the Singapore Health and Biomedical Congress (SHBC). He is privileged to be appointed as a clinical tutor and examiner at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). Dr Hanif has been invited as a speaker at several public forums to educate the public on common skin, hair and nail conditions. In addition, as the first and only Malay MOH-accredited consultant dermatologist in Singapore, Dr Hanif has been featured as a medical expert in both television as well as radio programmes. He has also contributed many articles in print media. Dr Hanif is currently a member of the Chapter of Dermatologists, College of Physicians, Singapore, the Dermatological Society of Singapore (DSS) as well as the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).
I chose this clinic because of the good reviews and was very pleased with my choice. I consulted Dr Hanif for severe acne affecting my face, chest and back. Not only have his treatments been incredibly effective but Dr Hanif is also a very sensitive and caring doctor who is consistently focused on the very best outcome for his patients. Doctor was helpful but the consultation fees were rather exorbitant.
Brought my mum to consult Dr Hanif. Indeed, I was not disappointed. Very pleasant and friendly doctor. He takes his time to explain and answer all questions. Highly recommend!
Dr Noor Hanif is attentive, knowledgeable and caring. He listens to his patients and provides treatment accordingly. I have visited three doctors prior, but no relief. I am delighted with Dr Noor Hanif’s effective treatment plan. Consultation is $150 for 15 minutes, if exceeds 15 minutes, the fee is $250. Ridiculous numbers. Very disappointing.
Dr Hanif was very helpful in identifying the skin issues that I had experienced and provided reassuring guidance on how to treat the problems. The consultation rates and costs of medications were comparable to other private specialist clinics. I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Had a cyst removed by Dr Hanif. Since it was covered under my company insurance, every step was smooth and easy. My daughter was misdiagnosed and when her skin condition worsened and asked for follow up consultation , I was made to wait for all scheduled appointments to finish and consultation fees was also full … it seems day robbery to first of all misdiagnose and on top of that charge for follow up..
I saw Dr Hanif about a dermatology issue that I was concerned about. He was kind and reassuring, as well as extremely professional and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
These reviews are fake. I gave this doctor 2 chances - absolutely nothing happened. His treatments dont work and his knowledge seems outdated. When you dont get an appointment at NSC people usually end up here because its close by but I would suggest going literally anywhere but here. You have been warned I went there for hair and skin....
