Amazing hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Fantastic service from all the staff especially Wichayaphat H. at breakfast. Very friendly and speaks excellent English!! Thank you!!👍🏼👍🏼🙏🙏 …
A modern comfortable hotel, the rooms are small but functional, the bathroom is clean with plenty of hot water.we were on the 15th floor so it was very quiet with views over the city. The air con was good and the WiFi was strong. The location … Read more on Tripadvisor
1st room is clean and view is nice But The room was too small. Besides, the sound insulation was not good and there were many Chinese guests, so it was noisy to sleep at night More importantly, the electrical outlet did not work in my Room which I used.
Adequate size room and enough amenities. Very comfortable bed(firm yet soft feel with no sinking your back or bottom). A stone throw to shopping malls and BTS. Best location to go anywhere! 7-11 in the building!
A very comfortable hotel for rest and fun because of its very strategic location close to various malls and bts. Clean hotel, breakfast which is a great choice of menu.
A good hotel in an ideal position in the city. If you like shopping there are a number of large malls nearby, including the massive MBK mall. There is a station to the city rail system at the front of the hotel which is a clear and effective way to get around the city. TukTuks and taxis are also easy to access and if you would like to access a water taxi, it's only a short walk to the nearest stop. The breakfast is good quality. There is also a 7Eleven shop in the lobby which is very useful. The only downside is that there is no bar, but the Mercure has one in the same building if required, but is a little pricey (260baht for one beer!).... (Show more)
Amazing location, bang opposite MBK, if you can walk ... 2kms max to Pathum wan night market, 6kms from Chatuchak market. Easy access to taxi n tuktuk, decent breakfast spread, very clean rooms ( small though), English speaking front desk, 7/11 in the hotel, view to die for, good eateries around the corner, Chinatown also close by... if you are in BKK for food n shopping 👍🏽... metro station also is just a hop skip n jump....... ** Pet friendly review ** Came to the hotel after a long flight, knowing its a “pet friendly hotel” just to get denied since my dog is over 10kg… Should have been more clear instead of letting me drive in the Bangkok traffics from the airport after an 11 hours flight.
A standard chain hotel with an excellent location. There is 711 downstairs, the National Stadium Skytrain Station is two steps away, and the shopping mall is opposite. The Bangkok Culture and Art Center is less than 200 meters away. Except for the small room size, the soundproofing is almost non-existent. Other problems... (Show more)
2nd time staying here. perfect location, walking distance to several malls. friendly helpful staffs. my 26inch suitcases just slide right in under the twin bed. Trip type Vacation Travel group Solo Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
Accessible to MTR. Very close to all shopping malls. Great customer service. Clean rooms. I definitely will stay again.
AC unit can't control the speed/temperature; not hot water supply & should requested to repair then can use; no teeth brush & flip flop sets supply; TV signal no good
A bit overprice, great location with BTS railway, easy access to nearest shopping mall (MBK) and 7/11 on ground floor.
Advantages: - it couldn't be more central - The BTS (public transport) is right in front of the door, but you can't hear it from the room. - Everyone in the hotel speaks good English - the employees are very friendly and helpful - There is 24 hour room service, I think everyone will find something on the menu - the beds are very comfortable - There is a desk from which you can work - Internet is strong enough to work - the rooms look exactly as shown on the homepage. Disadvantage: The room is very noisy, you can hear the neighbors very well. Trip type Vacation Travel group Solo Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5... (Show more)

A little bit tiny but warm and cozy place, good location... Staff are nice and very helpful.
'The Eight' Restaurant located on the 8th level of Ibis Siam has a good lunch spread of Thai, Chinese Dim Sum, Japanese, Desert Corner and good services from their Staff on duty like Ninnet, Patcharin, Fifa, Namfon, Nut and Mild. The price is indeed a good deal being an Accor member with additional 10% on top of the restaurant promotion of 30% discount.... (Show more)
1. Best value for money: very convenient location, clean room, friendly staff and varied breakfast. Special thanks to Clement who was so kind during the breakfast.
5 day stay at Ibis hotel. Was able to get early check in and adjoining rooms. Hotel room is clean, room service is efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful. And most importantly it's near to BTS (mrt) and MBK for shopping. Very easy to move around using BTS (mrt), tut tut and walking distance to many places. The only sad thing is no halal food.... Absolutely hospitality. Why? Friendly staff ( specially for the valet staff )and very helpful in organizing transportation for patrons Indeed Thailand has so many taxi driver who Tend to rip the tourists off big time ,every taxi that I been order via the valet staff are counted in meters which is the fair option to go. Secondly I was injured (twist my ankle) causing from site visiting .when I ring up the service desk , friendly staff approaching offer a bucket of ice and analgesic balm delivered outside of my hotel room . (Free of charges) Definitely going back again . Once again a big thank you to Ibis Siam Bangkok team and management for a absolute fabulous hospitality.... (Show more)
