Mr Reginald O'Neill
From qualification in the late 80’s I have been on a mission to provide Dental Implant Treatment within an environment that guarantees a high standard of continuing care and maintenance. At a very early stage I took a masters degree to be followed by more specific postgraduate dental implant continuing education. This included structured courses with Professor CE Misch and Dr. Hilt Tatum Jr. both in Europe and USA. together with studies at both the Royal College of Surgeons England and Edinburgh. I have been a member of long standing in the association of Dental Implantology ADI and have been awarded both fellowship and diplomat status in the International Congress of Oral Implantology ICOI.

Miss Louisa Jones
Louisa is both an experienced dental nurse and administrator and has worked with our practice for several years. After completing her N.E.B.D.N National Certificate in Dental Nursing Louisa has continued her personal development by obtaining the Dental Radiography for Dental Surgery Assistants and N.E.B.D.N Conscious Sedation (Distinction), and the General Medical Dental Nurse Implant Training qualifications. She was awarded The Licentiateship Award in Dental Nursing in 2006, and the CIEH Risk Assessment Level 2 Award.
Mrs Jo Randall
Many of our patients will remember Jo from her time working with Barry Turner in our High Street practice some years ago. Jo completed her dental nurse training in Basildon working with Barry to provide care for patients as his lead dental nurse for 18 years prior to his retirement. Jo went on to work in a private care practice in Chelmsford for the past 10 years before returning to work with us once more. Jo has a wealth of experience in both general & implant dentistry patient care. Jo loves to exercise in her spare time and is also a keen cook. Jo is a member of The British Association of Dental Nurses.
I’ve been attending this Practice since it was opened by Dr. Reginald O’Neill many years ago. It is entirely due to his skill and expertise that in my 85th year I don’t take my teeth out each night! I cannot recommend it too highly. It says much about Reg that his Dental Nurse, Jo, and his Receptionist, Louise, have worked with him for a number of years. It was a Bank Holiday and no dentist was open. I phoned Dr O'Neill in extreme pain as I could not sleep, He made his way by himself to his practice just so I would not be in pain anymore. Amazing person and an even better dentist!! Thank you again Doc

I asked for advice on a problem. Mr. O'Neill has reassured me and I will certainly be returning to this practice.
Called up ad hoc with a split wisdom tooth, and was able to see the Dentist that very morning, fantastic as I'm a night worker, nothing appeared too much trouble prior to my visit and I already felt confident. Check-up, x-ray and advice Mr O'Neill took the time to call me personally and arranged an appointment for me to attend his clinic the same day! He put my mind at rest and explained my options. Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am that he and his staff took the time to see me and when I came out of his surgery it was no surprise to see his waiting room full, I can fully understand why his patients have chosen him.
