A terrible experience when collecting samples, pain that persisted for days, personally Medically not properly prepared, the doctor does not prepare you and does not explain the procedures, what it entails, what risks you have, how bad it hurts and if it is worth the effort, no one prepares you psychologically beforehand, no one is delicate or dedicated, in addition to that you sit like a fool and wait at the door to enter the collection and a now with all the appointments in life, the staff at the reception misleads you and you have to create scenarios and solutions in your head to be able to find viable options and then explain to them, like in kindergarten, how to proceed so that things flow and the appointments are carried out. They are not transparent, you remember that it costs you more than the subscription application stipulates and it costs 2 times more than other private clinics even with a subscription to Regina Maria. I had read the reviews but it was as if I didn't want to believe it, before arriving at the clinic I call the call center to ask if a flu/covid test can be performed, I am told yes, in any collection center open without an appointment, I am informed of the price ...everything is fine, I arrive at the center and at the reception they tell me that tests cannot be performed at this time because the driver is no longer there, this in the conditions in which I was struggling with temperature, muscle pain, etc. Isn't it more humane and simpler to provide correct information, especially since the people who come there don't do it for pleasure.... In this network there is no consideration towards pregnant women, they do not have priority in the queue even though there is a law in this sense, for the delivery of samples they are kept standing for 40-50 minutes each until all the patients are finished with the collection, although the rule is that the samples be handed in between appointments. Dear friends, I want to share with you my totally unhappy experience that I had with Dr. Mioara Pavelescu. Having health problems, I turned to the services of Regina Maria Bucharest, where I met a doctor during some medical investigations. Following these investigations, Dr. Mioara Pavelescu proposed that I enter a medical program in France, a program with a closed circuit, known only by the medical staff (from the Fundeni Hospital). I mention that the doctor worked at Regina Maria Enescu Bucharest Medicover and Fundeni Hospital. She recommended me a revolutionary drug made in France, She told me that the drug is free, but I have to pay the amount of 4000 € money that will be returned to me after a month. I paid the amount of €4000 into the account indicated by the doctor, an amount not recovered until now. After the amount paid, I received two white envelopes containing pills that did not have any instructions for use, name, validity, etc. When I realized that it was a scam, I contacted a doctor trying to recover the damage, but everything was in vain. Unfortunately, I think there are other people deceived and damaged by the doctor who do not have the courage to share their unfortunate experience.
