Well trained and kind staff

I had to do an MRI a while ago, at the Sun plaza location, I waited 2 months for this investigation. On the date of the presentation (I called the day before to confirm) I showed up half an hour before the appointment, as I was told, and the lady at the reception, together with Dr. Constantinescu, refused multiple times to give me the Romanian indicated in the submission. I mention that I called the call center while I was present at the Sun Plaza point, something that can be verified on the cameras as well as in the telephone recording. The extremely arrogant and inept reception lady did not give me any reason why I was rejected, the fact is that I waited so long, during which I could have done the rest elsewhere. If I have an appointment at a certain time, I expect to be able to enter at that time, I can be understanding with a gap of 5-10 minutes, but don't make me wait 30 minutes. What is this lack of respect for customers? This is the second time I have experienced this here.

Clean, civilized, disciplined, appointments that respect their established schedule. I disliked the lack of air: a pleasant atmosphere but a stale, closed, slightly suffocating air.

Mrs. Bucurel from the reception is extremely bored and doesn't even try to hide it. The management of the clinic should invest in some trainings for the staff or revise their hiring criteria. Unfortunately, I went to Queen Maria for a cervical Doppler ultrasound. The best thing the doctor did, for him, was that he left me without 460 lei, but not for my health. He did not have a language appropriate to the medical profession. He solved my health problem by sending me to a psychiatrist.

The ladies at the reception speak very badly to the patients and are totally disinterested. We pay expensive subscriptions to Queen Mary and are treated exactly like in state hospitals. This is probably the last year I purchase a subscription to this clinic.

The lady at the call center did her best to schedule me from one day to the next. My heart grows when I see involvement. This means giving yourself the strength to do your job well.

I'm not the type of person to make complaints, but when it comes to my child, I can't help myself. They told us a price on the phone and then asked for double. You have an appointment at 4 and you enter the consultation at 7, why do I still pay privately if it's the same as at the state?

Overall a pretty bad experience, do not recommend! In short, my appointment was late 40 mins, the doctor and the X-ray assistant probably hate each other and they take it out on patients and it feels like overall, they are very unprofessional. I had an appointment for an ultrasound with Dr. Mukhls Khamis done the week before for a problem following surgery, important aspect to mention. The day before, I was called and asked if I could arrive early. I said that I don't know and that most likely the set time will remain, i.e. 13:40. The lady at the reception told me that if I can arrive earlier, to come earlier. I said ok, but reiterated that I would most likely arrive at the time scheduled a week before. On the day of the appointment, I was called at 11:30 and told that the doctor leaves at 12:00 and to arrive earlier. Obviously, there was no way I could arrive in 30 minutes, and I was given the option of coming in a week, given that my problem was urgent. The lady at the reception told me that she gave me the options and that she called me yesterday, but she forgot to mention that yesterday she didn't say that if I don't come earlier, I won't be received at the appointed time. The doctor wanted to finish the program at the maximum of 12, because no, it was Saturday. It's also hard to work after 12 noon...
